Dr. Chong is the best! Not only is he really kind, he also takes the time to explain everything to you about your teeth. He even offered a complimentary fluoride treatment even though my insurance didn't cover it because I'm over the age limit. With an appointment, I was done with x-rays and a cleaning in less than an hour! I spent probably 2 minutes in between the x-rays and the start of cleaning. I'm used to being forgotten about for a half hour at most dentist offices. Not here! I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! read more

This place is amazing! Dr. Ye & his staff accompanied me, a new patient, with less than 10 minutes notice. I was in a large amount of pain and Dr. Ye knew exactly what it was almost immediately and treated it appropriately. He explained everything thoroughly, including what was going on, what he was going to prescribe, and what could happen later down the line. Just a few hours after visiting him my pain was already decreasing. He followed up a few days later to make sure everything was OK. So I was looking for a new dentist. My prior dentist had retired and did not like the new ownership. I had a crown fall off and was in agony. Not being able to chew on one side of your mouth for approximately 1-2 months was not a great feeling. I could not enjoy breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner and was pretty much on a soft diet for a miserable couple months while searching for a new dentist. I was explaining my situation to a friend of mine and she highly recommended Lambert Dental Care in La Habra, California. Personally when choosing a dentist, someone that will be in my mouth, I only trust word of mouth from friends and family. So I took a chance and gave them a call. I explained my situation to the receptionist during my phone call and she quickly transferred my call to Dr. Ye (the dentist). He asked me to come in ASAP if the loose crown was bothering me that much. I looked at my watch and realized that it was 5:45pm. There was no way that I could make it before closing time and I explained this to Dr. Ye and he said come in, I will wait for you. Right off the bat this left me a great first impression of his customer care. I arrived at the strip mall where Lambert Dental Care was located. Honestly it was very humble and not flashy at all. You would not expect to find a dental office here, but I did. Now it is another story when I went into the office. It was simply aesthetically beautiful, clean, and very well organized. Dr. Ye even gave me a tour of his office. I was not expecting this but nevertheless was awesome! Wow, everything was brand spanking new and clean. After the tour, he had me fill out some brief paperwork with the standard information and his receptionist had me take a seat. Dr. Ye went to work on my crown and had me out of the seat in no time. Since I was there, I took advantage of the special offer for xrays, exam, and cleaning for like $35-40. I do not remember how much it exactly was, but definitely cheaper than my previous dentist. Out of pocket cost for the repair for the crown was inexpensive and truly appreciated the great customer care that he and his staff provided. The receptionist even watched my daughter while I was getting my tooth/crown repaired. I even got a follow-up phone call the next day from Dr. Ye to see if everything was okay and to my satisfaction. This place seems they opened not that long ago. People who work there are very kind. They greet you with smile, answering many of my dumb questions kindly. When my crown fell off I decided to book with this office because it had great reviews. I called and after explaining the situation they said they couldn't see me till the following week. I booked it, but I asked them to please check my insurance. Otherwise I would call somewhere else. They didn't call me that day. I called again the next day and left a message. It took them 2 days to finally call back and tell me they didn't take my insurance. But told me I could pay out of pocket. Really?? I luckily called another dentist, who did check my insurance at that moment and even saw me the same day. read more

Horrible experience today made a appointment week ago for my boyfriend took him in girls in front office back office great attitudes proffessional . They took him back to do xrays but he had hard time biting down with not much top teeth so she went to ask the dentist for help I saw him come out upset grabbing his protective coat. He went in the room without introducing himself already mad upset his staff needed help from him he yelled at my boyfriend he cant help him if he dosent get the xrays done my boyfriend told him it was hurting his mouth and hard to breath. The dentist just was rude arguedand unprofessional uncaring a horrible medical professional . His staff appologized for him . Very sad. I had a very efficient and pleasant cleaning by Dr. Ken; there was no face cover offered during the cleaning so a bit of water splashing, but not a big deal.
