As for price, that's going to depend on the size of your project and a whole bunch of different variables. Personally, I had three of the national, premium custom-made window, replacement companies come out and one regional company to quote the price. In my case as of doing this project. After I ordered the office staff kept me up-to-date on where my windows were within the manufacturing process. My new windows arrived at their facility well within their stated/estimated timeframe. When the installers arrived at my house, direct employees of window world, not independent contractors, or people they just hired for the day. Wes, Travis and David were great just like Garrett and the gentleman that came out to do the fine measurements for manufacturing. They were professional, friendly, and happy to answer any questions. I recently had my water service line replaced from the meter to my house. During the project, David discovered that the boring contractor hadn't installed the new line deep enough to meet code. It would have been easy to work around it, trench through my landscaping, or simply let it go--but instead, he advocated for me. He stood his ground, insisted the boring company come back and do the job correctly, and ultimately saved me from ending up with a substandard installation. That decision cost him an entire day's work while everyone waited for the boring company to return, but he still put doing the job right ahead of simply getting paid and moving on. To top it off, when the project was finished, his final invoice came in below the high end of the estimate he had originally given me. In a world where it's common to brace yourself for surprise costs, that was a refreshing experience. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to advocate for his customers instead of taking the easy way out, I can wholeheartedly recommend David's Plumbing.
