I'm only giving 1 star because there's no place to put zero stars. Brought in two TV's, they told me one was not fixable, still charged for the checkup on both. Had 2nd TV fixed and brought it home and didn't use it. When my grandson was scheduled to come visit, I set it up and it doesn't work. I was referred to them form Harry's TV since they didn't have a part I needed! Took my TV into Pro TV for them to fix my tuner. They make you put down a $50 deposit that then goes toward the repair cost. Dropped it off Tuesday, gave me the estimate Wednesday, picked it up Thursday. They are worse than cars dealerships. They charge you for parts you dont even need. and wont call you back to update you of whats going on. I was told after two months that the parts are still in order. Then after weeks of not hearing again. i call and they tell me they dont have my account..so i had to explain what my tv looks like and where i live for them to find my tv. They are running a scam of of charing here and not fixing your tv. Do not deal with this business, they are very rude. They orderred parts and charged me then told me the parts work work, so naturally i requested a refund which they refused and hung up the phone on me. read more

I took my Samsung TV to another TV repair shop and they said I needed a new color wheel and a new lamp. (I had just replaced the lamp myself with an aftermarket lamp and it had 0 hrs on it) I called Proffessional TV and right off the bat they were $15 cheaper to look at it than the other place. They diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be the motherboard and not the color wheel or lamp. He also checked the ballast and told me straight up that there was nothing wrong with any of these other parts. Botton line, he fixed my tv for less that the other guy quoted me for parts that I didn't even need. He could've sold me more parts but he didn't. On top of that I was leaving town for 3 weeks and he rushed to get it done for me so that I could pick it up before I left. These guys are awesome. I strongly recommend them for tv repair.
