"Let The Buyer Beware" & "You Get What You Pay For" should not be phrases you think of when hiring a company that seems established and decent past client ratings on Elance. That's far from the truth with Lambodar, Inc https://www.laitkor.com/ and Sanjay Pal. I've contracted offshore companies before, with plenty of bad experiences, but never like this that would compel me to warn others. Here is my experience in a brief summation. As a small start software company that didn't have any experience with the ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process, We posted a job on Elance.com (https://www.elance.com/job/70982202/proposals?bidid=71476392#bid_71476392) back in early April 2015 to find a team that had the experience, skills and fit our budget of under $5,000 for a proof of concept application that could award us an entry level contract starting at $20,000. After interviewing 10 different companies, Sanjay w/Lambodar, Inc talked the talk and was very confident that his team could build the application we wanted with by the deadline of 5/15/15. In short, from the time I spoke with the unprofessional project manager they assigned, too them failing to deliver on time, it's been a complete nightmare and still is. They cost me a 20k+ contract, blemished my reputation with a client that we promised the application to, the application will still not work per what we have paid them for and what they are claiming we owe them, they will not refund the money we've already paid and we are still in a dispute status on Elance. If you have already contracted Lambodar, Inc or https://www.laitkor.com/ or Sanjay Pal make sure to have a experienced 3rd party check the code quality and documentation. If it's as bad as it is in my application, you'll be wanting a full refund also for misrepresentation. If you're thinking for contracting them, request to see code samples of the developers they plan to assign to your job, get past client references (I failed to follow up) and ask those past clients if the app still works and the quality of the code. read more

He had to remove the keyboard components and thoroughly clean the inside of my laptop. Thankfully, he was able to fix my MacBook. Ray was also incredibly helpful in explaining how to properly back up my data and what steps to take if something like this happens again. He even helped me back up my MacBook to iCloud. If you ever spill liquid on your device, shut it down immediately and bring it to Ray. He saved me from having to buy a new laptop!

My computer crashed the other night right around 5:30 pm so I got on the old interweb and found…read morethat TechCare was open until 6pm. I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.
