When I went to see Dr. Rabbani, he took his time checking me and looking at my MRI. I really appreciated his honesty and him listening to me when I said I wanted to avoid surgery. He said that I have some nerve issues that I probably will have to deal with in the future, but he gave me some exercises and ways to help my back without surgery. I was skeptical at first, but I am actually feelin way better now. I am extremely grateful that this Dr doesn't just jump to surgery like most of the others. The doctor looked professional and was gentle and professional with my mum, he prescribed her a medicine and he asked us to come after a month for follow up. Mum tried the Medicine but it had a lot of unpleasant side effects on her. The second appointment also we waited 30 minutes. For me the clinic that doesn't respect the patients time it doesn't respect the patients themselves cause the time is valuable.! Any way, The doctor saw my mum and he told her that "the Medicine that he prescribed her was really an old and bad one! and has a lot of complications and side effects!!!" So if this is the case why he prescribed it for her !! while he knew that my mum is weak due to DM, CA, and Chemo!! Second thing, he offered her another medicine he had in his clinic and when we checked it was expired!!! the doctor said it is okay to take expired one and that he does it himself!! Unfortunately that was a terrible mistake. At this point no matter what internet site I am on for my company's business purposes, MDVIP sends multiple pop up advertisements for the multitude of physicians on their network & these block the information that I am needing to access for my business. I am prevented from effectively handling the day to day activities that I must handle in order to stay in business in these trying times until I delete these non stop pop ups. There are many wonderful rheumatologists in LA . Dr Weinberger and his MDVIP agency will not be any that I ever work with or visit. How unfortunate for a Cedars patient and a donor to the Cedars hospital system

After the bad experience I had with Dr. Krems, I'm so grateful that I found an Internist that really knows his business. Dr. Rubottom is in the same Medical Group, same address, but on a different floor. This gentle man spent 40 minutes just getting to know me, my family history, my aches and pains! During our consult, he checked my ears, throat, and all the other bits 'n pieces that are looked at and felt during a physical. I even got an anal exam, which is often overlooked. The "other one" said, "No doctor spends more than 10-15 minutes with a patient!" Well, listen up! This doctor does. And the whole time he talked and listened to me, he made eye contact. No writing, no computer....just eye contact. That's what I'm talking about!! Dr. Rubottom paid full attention to ME, the patient. And, he cared. I felt as though I had been seeing him professionally for a very long time. After our 40-minute meeting, the nurse came in and drew blood for the customary cholesterol/kidney/liver screenings.
