I love Dr Bogosian but sadly he retired. Now trying to find a new doc. The Dr who took over is only there 1/2 day a week. Won't work for me

Paying the concierge fee is absolutely worth it for the peace of mind it gives me as a first time Mom. I can message the MD on the portal or, today, after my daughter had a fall, I was able to get a telehealth appointment in 7 minutes! It reinforced how great this place is. The office is also in a great, central part of Santa Monica.

Sharing the letter we wrote Tenth Street Pediatrics. If you're a parent looking for a pediatrician,…read moreplease read: To all of the doctors and staff at 10th St. Pediatrics, Our son Oliver is a patient of Dr. Stern. Today he had his first severe injury, a laceration to his face. He fell while playing and his head began to bleed profusely. We immediately called the office. As it turns out Dr. Stern was the physician on call. What transpired was disappointing and scary. When we explained the situation we were shocked that the voice on the other end of the phone, this person who was there the day our son was born, had zero empathy and offered no help. "Go to an Urgent Care or an Emergency Room." The little help offered was a phone number to a pediatric Urgent Care facility, which I had to call Dr Stern back while my son bled because she gave us the wrong number. This time she sounded simply annoyed that we were bothering her. Thankfully a friend of ours is a patient at Dr. Jay Gordon's office and he graciously called to offer his assistance. He asked us to text him pictures of the wound, walked us through several options, one of which included a plastic surgeon who would come to our house so we could limit any contact with Covid patients. Again, he is not our doctor but still asked us to call him after to let him know how things went. It's now 9:30pm, 9 hours since our initial call to Dr Stern, and nothing. Not a text or a call to ask, how is my patient? Does he have a concussion? Did he need stitches? The answer is, yes. He did. The world is so scary right now and we truly believed Tenth St. Pediatrics was a place we could feel safe and that would help us if we were ever truly in need. Today that idea was dispelled and as much as I don't want to sound mellow dramatic, it was heartbreaking. There was so much more Dr. Stern could have done to help even if should couldn't apply the stitches. While our son bled profusely on our kitchen floor we felt abandoned. Besides the bills we pay for visits, isn't that what the extra $500 a year was suppose to get us? Someone who would be there for us if we were ever in need after hours? I don't know who will read this or if anyone in the office will care, but we will not be coming back there. We will make sure no one we love or care about doesn't hear this story before they consider Tenth St. Pediatrics for their child. But most of all we hope the partners at your practice will consider this email and learn from it. We put our children's lives in your hands and have faith that you will be there for us in our time of need. Sometimes we don't just need doctors, we need healers.

My kids actually enjoy going to see him. I feel like he listens to my concerns as a parent and that's so important to me. My older daughter had some bad reactions to vaccinations and he was so willing to work with us on a delayed schedule for my 6 month old because it made me feel more comfortable. He always responds to my emails and really helpful at getting us in to see him in short notice. He is a gem of a doctor and I recommend him to all of my friends!! Also, I read some negative feedback about the staff but we have had great experiences with everyone in this office. The front staff is very friendly and the nurses are GREAT with my kids!

She's always informing us of the vaccine schedule and what the next steps are for a growing baby. She spends her time w/ us never making us feel rushed or annoyed for asking questions. I think what sets her apart from other pediatricians is her care for the parents too, asking us how we were adjusting to another baby in the family & how the sibling is adjusting as well. She is definitely one of the better pediatricians that I've been to, and I'd recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a pediatrician.

Dr Ross, and staff, remained committed to helping care for our daughter throughout the entire year they provided us with exceptional, hands-on care, and were always willing to help with ideas for preventing the ongoing issue moving forward. The entire team is very hands on and friendly/family like. They really took the time to hear out our concerns, and spoke with us with a lot of care and integrity. The office itself is very calm, relaxing and pretty. Thank you Dr Jay Gordon, Dr Ross and Dr Linda for all of the love and care you provided us with this year. We love you! Ps. My only complaint is that the medical chart was not as specific as I would have liked. The diagnosis and visits were listed. However, a lot of the call logs and doctor-patient notes seemed to be missing. This normally would not matter. However, now that we have to see a specialist, this does make it a little more difficult.
