I have purchased a refrigerator prior to my move with protection warranty, but was told by their sales team I have the protection plan on my appliances at my new home which was not the case (or I could have switched my protection plan over to new refrigerator, but didn't because i thought i had one) Since April i have been dealing with sears for repair services for this Samsung Refrigerator. No one in area works on Samsung I am told and it takes 2 weeks to get a repairman to come out. After 2 months and the refrigerator not working my father in law goes to the store and they get a repairman out the very next day (even though we are told there is no way to get kne soo et than 2 weeks) So unless you are a man you can't get service from this place for teo weeks. Then once thier repair man says he cant fix the refrigerator and they cant replace anymore parts they tell me to contact Samsung about thier warranty. I'm still dealing with this issue and Samsung asks me why sears isnt taking care of this matter for me???? Terrible place every time we had a question sears workers couldnt answer it and had to wait for the owner to get back to us everyte to answer queations. They wasted 2 months of my time. Spell check messed up name of the garage should be Pettyjohns not patty jones. I called towing service back they said tow truck driver dropped off car. Called service technician he said tow truck driver never dropped off keys. Once again called tow truck dispatcher she said she would call pettyjohns . We drove to Bethany, MO from where we live North of Lineville, Iowa to say we were on our way. Cody the technician said they found the car in lot. The tow truck driver had told me when he picked up car that the office would email receipt to me Monday. I told him I needed receipt to turn into insurance company for reimbursement. Monday called dispatcher said, "would email receipt in 15 minutes." Waited when no response drove to there office in Lamoni, Iowa picked up receipt. Their customer service is terrible. The technician Cody at pettyjohns said they've had trouble with them in past just dropping off cars without turning in keys or telling them where car is. I will never use there service again

He was 30 minutes earlier than predicted, and he figured out how to put on our temp tire and had us on our way to the shop in Lamoni in about 20 minutes. At the shop, they replaced the tire, and we were back on the road, just two hours after the warning tone first sounded on the car. The shop has a comfortable waiting area, a clean restroom, and friendly folks working hard to get you back on the road.

They said that "he's a straight shooter" and "he'll do you right." They were absolutely right. I couldn't have been more impressed by the customer service, friendliness and speed of my repair. The guys in the shop were excellent, showing me exactly where the problem had occurred in the engine (water pump) and how it was connected to everything else. They got the part in within an hour and I was back on my way $220 later. This price also included an oil change and an quick AC repair, by the way. (Google searches indicated that this would normally have cost me $400-600 for the water pump alone, but Greg's doesn't overcharge for labor!) This repair shop is a gem!!

They did a great job! The car runs great! I find them to be honest and friendly people who do good work. What more could a person want from a top shelf service dept. I checked out my prices before time and they were in the ballpark with other dealerships. I will be going back if I need service done on my car.
