I'm pretty frustrated. I just paid $200 + tip for detailing. Now, my car was bit of a difficult…read moresituation because it had sunscreen stains on a lot of of the inside. They recommended that I do detailing, but said that they couldn't promise anything. Fair enough. However, I don't believe that they did the best that they could, neither on the stains nor in general. When I first came over to my car after they called me, there were still sunscreen stains clearly showing on a lot of the areas that I had pointed out to the cashier. It was only when I pointed to them multiple times that the guy doing the detailing rather grudgingly went back over them. My car looked better after that, but it was frustrating that I had to ask him to go over it again. So I left, and the next time I got out of my car and looked more closely at my driver side door, I see fingerprints! This was a really sloppy job. I'm bummed because it's such a convenient location and honestly, I was ready to give them the benefit of the doubt over all these other negative reviews. I would still possibly go back for the cheaper car wash, but if your car needs any extra TLC, I do not recommend this place.
