You go in (make sure you bring cash!) otherwise there's a gas station you can get cash back for a fee. Then you pull up, they will vacuum it, run it through a car wash and hand detail the inside and out. The pricing is unbelievable for the work. Come during weekdays for a shorter line. You'll have to wait in a line on weekends but if you have the time, it's worth it. I'll be back for more washes!

The last time we came our car was still soapy. They gave us a free wash code and then every time we came to redeem it they were closed for maintenance. I have the app so it also tells me when it's down and when it's back up. It went back up yesterday and our code had since expired. No prob, we bought another wash. It seemed promising. Then the blower did not turn on at all. The cars ahead of us it turned on for. Definitely don't get their monthly wash club thing considering how frequently it's down. But I just wouldn't go there in general anymore because all they offered us was a small towel to dry our suv. We would go because it's close to our house, and we always prefer touch-less car washes. Unlike most places, this is a true hand wash and wax service -- no machines involved -- yet the price is comparable to a standard machine wash. Today I needed a deep clean detail and I had them do "the works" detail on my car before and it was really clean that time. So, I decided to use them again. (I told the lady I wanted it shampooed three separate times.) My car was very dirty. I transport my golden Retrievers around alot, so it is a dirty fur bomb golden hairnado inside. So, I got there before 2pm today and they had cones set up blocking the entrance. That was strange, I thought they closed at 5pm??????? Anyway, the lady motions me to drive on in. So, I drive in and ask them if they were closing because I could come back another day. She told me "no we can take you. We close at 5 but we were going home early today because business was slow." I told her my car was really dirty and furry, she said "no problem, we'll take care of you." She also told me that since I had been there 11 times before, that I would get a discount. GREAT!! Take my money...lol. So I left my key fob in the car and went inside to pay and I also bought a bottle of water because it was going to be an hour or so for the detailing/shampooing. 20 minutes later my car rolls out and under the shade trees. Two workers started slapping towels all over my car, just rubbing and quickly drying...I thought that was odd. I was waiting to see them roll a utility cart out with detail cleaning supplies, well the utility cart never roll out. 25 minutes from the time I left my key fob in the car to "finished"...LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS and you be the judge if it was "finished"! It was not closing time, it was only 2:25pm. The dude called out my car because they were done. I was shocked and could not believe they were "done". I looked at the dirty seats, the dog hair was still in my carpets and the back window dash board, the windows were all smudged, the cup holders remained gross, and you can still see where earlier in the week where the mechanics greasy bums sat on my seats and got grime everywhere. The wheels don't even look washed. Visit #1: There was no attendant anywhere, which I understand -- you can't staff a place 24 hours a day. But right where you drive in there was a piece of plywood with a nail sticking straight up. Anyone could have punctured a tire. Maybe that's not technically the car wash's fault, but someone in this neighborhood thought it was fine to leave it sitting right there in the entrance. Visit #2: I was vacuuming my car and had just set my glasses, pen, and notepad down on the concrete by the vacuum stand for a moment while I worked. Within seconds the attendant came up behind me and grabbed them to throw them into the garbage, which was honestly kind of shocking. I had to stop him and explain they were mine. His response was basically that I "shouldn't put things there." But I had literally just set them down next to my open car door while vacuuming -- they were clearly personal belongings, not garbage. Visit #3 (today): While I was vacuuming my freshly cleaned car, the attendant's pug jumped straight into my car with muddy paws and ran across my seats and center console. I do want to say the attendant himself was friendly and said good morning to me that day, and he seemed like a genuinely kind person. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble -- in fact he seems like someone who could be a real asset to the business. But it might be worth management simply reminding staff that dogs should not be running loose in a parking lot with moving cars or jumping into customers' vehicles. That was the final straw. I don't expect perfection, but basic awareness and common sense go a long way. A small dog shouldn't be running loose in a parking lot with moving cars, and it definitely shouldn't be jumping into customers' vehicles. Three visits, three completely avoidable problems. Unfortunately, that's enough for me. I'm sure this review won't do anything to your business, but for what it's worth there are also some basic things missing here. For example, there are no clips in the wash bays to hang floor mats, which is pretty standard at most self-serve car washes. It's actually one of the reasons I don't wash my car here and only use the vacuums, because trying to wash mats without them is frustrating. It's just another small thing that adds to the overall picture where there always seems to be some new problem or omission you'd think would be standardized by common sense -- but this is California.

I found one in Concord to my relief. The Arco had one and this was one is a little different than the ones I have been to before. You have to pay the cashier for the service before you get the wash. I paid $14.99 for the regular wash. It's the cheapest one! Drove up to the wash area to see two workers waiting for me. They scrubbed down my car before the machine brought my car into the wash itself. Remember you need your car in neutral. I don't know why but I love the sound the wash makes. On a previous visit with my other vehicle, they suddenly decided it qualified for a "large car fee," despite never charging it on prior visits. They are dishonest and rely on customers not checking their bills. You've been warned--stay away.

My car has been through the ringer: 150k miles, road trips down to San Diego and up to Oregon, 4 years of commuting from Alameda to Berkeley for undergrad + 2 years of commuting from Walnut Creek to Berkeley for grad school.... you can only imagine the coffee stains and food crumbs. This is the first time the interior of my car has been detailed professionally and I plan to return to Brian in the future! Carpets cleaned and vacuumed, upholstery seats shampooed, trunk vacuumed, dashboard and car doors cleaned, all for approx $220 which I think is very reasonable. The full interior detail was done in about 2.5 hours. I scheduled my appointment with Brian over the phone and service started right on time. The location is a bit difficult to find so allot yourself a few extra minutes to find the place. The neighborhood it's in is great though! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby so it was very easy for me to kill time while I waited for my car to be finished.
