The atmosphere has totally changed from a caring, friendly staff to just another sterile medical office. It seems that with the staff reduction and the closing of the Fort Myers office, Dr Willamantis is positioning for retirement. A sad change. Don't expect to get a phone call answered or returned.

Had he given our concerns a minute of attention, he might have discovered that my husband was indeed very ill. The fact that many reviewers comment on Dr. B's military service and the amount of time he spends with patients explains why he didn't have time when it was my husband's turn to see him.

He personally calls you on the phone if labs or tests come back with something he needs to discuss immediately instead of having a nurse call you to setup up another appointment. Extremely Disappointed…read more I never had an issue with Prime MD, but unfortunately, since Lee Health took over, my experience has gone completely downhill. They have changed my primary care doctor multiple times because, apparently, my previous doctors were suddenly no longer in-network. I understand that insurance networks change, but what happened this time was completely unacceptable: I was dropped as a patient without being notified. I had prescriptions that were originally provided through their office, and now that one of them has expired, I'm unable to get my birth control refilled because I no longer have a PCP there. I was told I would have to pay $300-$500 out of pocket just to get a prescription refill elsewhere. When I asked why patients aren't notified when the practice stops accepting their insurance, the response I received from the person on the phone was simply, "I don't know what to tell you." That is not an acceptable way to treat patients. If you are going to stop accepting someone's insurance and remove them from your practice, patients should be properly notified and given enough time to establish care with another provider, especially when they have ongoing prescriptions. I am now left without a PCP and scrambling to get a medication refilled on time because of a change I was never informed about. Very disappointing experience with Lee Health.

He is also professional and listens well. We agreed that what I had was most likely viral, and was given a treatment plan that was explained very well. He told me if I didn't feel better to call back and he would send in a Rx for me. Today, I awoke and sounded as if I had smoked a carton of cigarettes! (I'm a non-smoker) I called in and spoke to Mikayla, (sp?), She asked questions and send she would let Brian know. She then called me back no less than (3) times and let me know what was happening. I sincerely appreciate the care and follow up I have received! It is SO very refreshing to find Customer Service with a heart. Thank you very much P.P.C for improving my day!

I am constantly amazed at her complete knowledge of prescriptions, she keeps current on what works and I have complete confidence in what she prescribes. She has never let me down. Her nurse Lorenna is so kind, gentle, and understanding. She has given me shots that I never feel going in my arm. No kiddiing. I once forgot an order at an X-ray facility and Dr. Vo's office had the order faxed to them in less than 1 minute. Even the X-ray technicians were amazed. They have a great phlebotomist on staff who is very gentle and efficient. The office staff all treat the patients as personal friends and they remember you and your preferences. After 30 more minutes; they came in and asked if I wanted to see the ARNP (nurse practitioner). So ended up leaving just a few minutes before 2:00. First appointment with this doctor took an hour to be seen. Once I was finally seen; he acted annoyed and was rushing to get me out the door. Both visits I was scheduled for a procedure; both times had to schedule with a different doctor because he was taking vacation. First vacation was in March; second one was/is in April. I would rethink seeing this doctor. The only reason for the two stars is for a few nurses and the procedure went well.
