However, I decided to stop by the Eaton Centre's location on August 14th a little before noon, and quickly realized how unbearable it is to come here. While I continue to love the products (forever obsessed with Solace!), the blonde woman who spoke to me was incredibly obnoxious, pushy, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. It was very apparent to me that she has no genuine interest in the products she is selling, and is more concerned with making sure that I just by SOMETHING rather than nothing. I know this to be true, because I made a comment about their body butters not being that great early on in my visit, to which she agreed. After recognizing that her goal was to coerce me with malicious sales tactics into buying something I did not need, I decided to play a game and revisit the body butters by saying how much I loved one of them. She then went on and on for over ten minutes about how live changing they are. HUH? In addition to that, when I attempted to communicate what I was looking for, she instead decided to speak over me and offer me a pain cream. I told her I did not experience pain, but that I was looking for refills for other products I already have. Instead of being kind, compassionate, and engaged with me like staff has been in my other visits to Saje, she continued to berate me over this pain cream and how it was fine if I didn't actually have pain, because it feels "so good" that it's worth it regardless. I don't know how to encapsulate how disrespected, overwhelmed, and confused this experience has left me. As I said, I adore Saje. I've found their staff to be so kind and welcoming. I can tell that, at other stores, they actually CARE about what I'm saying. All this woman cared about was getting a quick buck. Saje, please reflect and examine what you stand for. I miss the Saje where I knew my wellness was cared about. This history is the only reason I am being generous with my rating here. If your goal is to scam your community into buying whatever so that your pockets get lined, definitely continue with the hiring trajectory you're on.

The ONE thing I love, of course, is the fact that you can redeem your Optimum points, and because some of the products here range $200-$300, it would be great to save up all your points and splurge here. Not sure if it would be a good idea, but Murale does a lot of makeup sessions, and I have always wanted to try the Chanel seminar. I destroyed my old card, and will never go back to this location...period.

For instance, you could get Angie the booklight. Angie happens to be a purple anglerfish that allows you to read in darker areas. I also liked a bacon mousepad. It was adorable! There were beauty products, such as eyeshadow, hairbands, and facial masks. The prices were pretty good considering the assortment of shades that you got in the former. The selection of hairbands was limited. The facial mask varieties were excellent. This store had a lot of plushies. You can get boba ones in a variety of colours. They were cute and sweet. It also had the cutest PopSockets. The characters on them were rather large, so it may not appeal to everyone. I ended up getting a purple boba tumbler that was heavily discounted. The fact that it had a diamond-cut lid and was purple drew me in to buying it. The price was also right. I had a friendly woman at the checkout. She advised that sale items were final, so exchanges or refunds weren't allowed. I understood this policy, as I had checked that my tumbler was in good shape before I committed to buying it. I paid with a debit card. All went well. My tumbler is pretty cool. It's cute and it keeps cold drinks cold for many hours. I enjoyed shopping at this store.
