It was labeled as dented but it was far more bent and the door wouldn't shut. They were super friendly about it. We took a look around to see if there were any other air fryers because we have been wanting to try one out for a while but don't want to spend big bucks on something we might not like. So we found another one that was a little smaller but still an air fryer/convection oven for $10 extra. They let us take it out and inspect and even plug it in to make sure it was all good. We also found an arepa maker which is more than fun, I'll be using that at catering events and I'm very excited about it.

Kat, the buyer, took her time inspecting each item, and, as she did, she explained their value and stated the amount she was prepared to give me for that piece. I thought her offers were honest and fair, so I sold all of the items to her as the representative of the company. I would return there in a heartbeat if I ever again have jewelry to sell.

I called ahead to ask Grant Laughter and he said "if you love it, we love it. We can absolutely do that for you." I was greeted and assisted by the owner himself who thoroughly went over my options and helped me choose a plan for resizing. I paid under $100 and had my ring back within three weeks. It turned out perfectly. These guys are fantastic.
