Got my nails done here for my wedding tomorrow and would 10/10 recommend this place! Clean establishment, great friendly service, and beautiful nails at a good price! Lalain did my nails and she was super sweet and went above and beyond to make my nails look as beautiful as they can for my special day. Best nail salon I've been in Panama City thus far!

This is probably the best set of dip powder nails I've ever had! They're actually thin, the lady that did them took very special care to make sure they were even and not too thick. If I actually lived in the area I would be back regularly!

Wow! I just moved to the area and struggled to find a good reliable nail spa. This place blew me away! Very friendly, listened to what I wanted and provided excellent results! Inni (I believe that's how you spell it) did my nails flawlessly. Mind you my nails before were square!

This is what I asked for just a little bit shorter...

Made no apologies the only thing they offered was to repaint it after you did this to me why would I want you to repaint it? Oh and offered nothing else, so I had them remove the paint said thank you and left as they snickered about my dissatisfaction very unprofessional. I love going to this salon. I have only had good experiences! It doesn't matter who helps me, they always take their time and focus on detail. My nails last over two weeks! They are all really good with designs, you can show them pictures and they copy it perfectly. I watched one tech hand paint lace on the ring nail of a future bride. LOVE Lana Nails. Just moved here and very skeptical about where to get my nails done because there aren't many reviews most places. But something told me to try here! Glad I did. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Lana. I asked for a dip mani and while I was soaking off the old set, we were making conversation. She is the sweetest!! I didn't feel rushed when there were customers waiting which is a big relief because I went in for a little me time. Definitely coming back here for my future pedicures and mani!! read more

I walked into the nail shop and the owner of the shop was very rude . I asked for a simple nail fix and she told me no . Didn't give a explanation she said no And turned me away. I would not recommend coming here . I am also from out of town . Worst experience ever !! read more

I am from out of town and was desperate to get my nails filled. I'm extremely picky with them and how they are done. Yes, I am THAT customer. However they staff here are friendly and worked with me. I went from a square shape to a round shape, and only one nail turned out just a little crooked. Probably something only I would notice lol, but it was fine. They have a wide selection of gel colors, which is what I prefer. It seemed a little pricey, $30 for a fill and gel color. I tipped $10. I gave four stars just for prices, and the fact is was extremely dark inside. They barely had any lights on, and it did feel sort of like a dungeon rather that being bright and welcoming. It was a little warm in there as well. A+ for friendly staff and good service. Would recommend to anyone whether live here or not (like me). read more

We booked an appointment for a bride and 2 bridesmaids. We came in the day of the wedding for our appointment, and they told us they had no appointments for us and could not help us for hours. We confirmed again that we booked with the right place, and they said they would've written it down. This is obviously a very important day for our bride, and now we are scrambling last minute to find a place to fit us in. Their customer service and attitudes were extremely disappointing. I will never refer someone here again read more

I have lived in Panama City Beach for over 5 years... I had just about given up on finding a good nail salon. Then a friend told me about Lana Nails and I can say the staff and nail techs are really good. I go to Winnie and she is a sweetheart and does a great job. I have also heard Julie is really good also and I think Amanda is really good if you are looking for designs. This is the only place I will go for my nails. read more

Due to the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to make appointments for my mom & I on Mother's Day weekend. They were extremely busy, but we didn't feel rushed at all. I had a pedicure, which is one of the best I've ever had. My mom had a manicure, which she enjoyed and had the polish on her toes changed. The guy polishing her nails offered another color that would complement her nails. Great personal service at very reasonable prices. The next time I visit my mom, I will definitely return. read more

Did not like the service. They looked at me funny when I asked for a pedi with my 5yr daughter. Didn't have chairs to accommodate her and just looked at her like it was a joke. I have been going to Lana's Nails for over a year now after a horrible experience at another salon. This is by far the best nail salon in town. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers leave happy. I am so picky about my nails and Winnie my favorite nail tech is amazing. Good customer service. I made an appointment for a pedicure. When I got there they got my feet right in the foot bath. But then I waited... Another customer decided to add on another service which put everything off. The owner was really nice and apologized for the wait. He even gave me a discount on my pedicure due to the wait. read more

I went to see Amanda (owners daughter) every two weeks for the last two years while living in PC. She is absolutely amazing, meticulous and just the cutest!! But.. she is moving away :'( .. it is a nice family run business and always clean. They are very welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend making an appointment ahead of time, as they can be super busy after 4pm and on weekends. Besides Amanda- Winnie, Lana (owner) and Winnie's husband (can't recall his name at the moment) are all fabulous nail technicians if you are looking for a named recommendation. Miss this place already!!! read more
