After that-- chaotic and disorganized-- would go and they would tell me to come back. I really had high hopes for this place but I won't be going back. It's close to my house so I wanted to like this place. I felt for the job that was done it was overpriced. I called so my daughter and could get two gel manicures. We got here 15 minutes early. Another customer walk-in and asked if they could get a gel manicure. The lady took her before us. Then they took me 5 minutes later and ten minutes after that they took my daughter. We ended up being there 30 min longer than the customer who walked in. Not a huge deal but that was annoying. Then the lady who did my daughters dip manicure kept hurting her and using the clippers to trim the nail acrylic off the skin. It left her raw and with hang nails. Her nails look awful and now red and irritated. I wanted a nice outing with my daughter but instead we were takin at separate times when we could of been together and her nails look awful. Mine are crooked. Then she put lotion on my hands and I had to rub it in. What happen to the hand massages nail places use to include. I left a tip but honestly I didn't even want to. I felt robbed of money for the job they did. I'll do it myself next time. read more

Inconsistent services. Went in with two others for the same pedicure service. Mine was done like in 20 min while I waiting for the other two to be done another 20 min, receiving much better service than I did. Zero foot massage. My toe nail polish is crooked around the cuticle and sloppy. The entire nail was not polished as you can see bare nails towards the edge on the sides. Acrylics look like some kid tried to learn on me. Cuticles were not pushed back so it makes the polish uneven. I get it's not a mani but cuticles should at least be pushed back for acrylics. The sides of my bare nails are also exposed, no tips, acrylic or even polish to cover the edges. The tips were not the right size and didn't cover. Also I had to refile all the tips when I got home because they were all filed at a slant!! Also had a lot of rough edges. And this is so dumb it's funny...I had fingerprints on several nails from her touching the nail polish! I guess to check it? But left fingerprints imprinted on to my polish. I had to re-polish at home! So now I have some "accent" colors. Each service was provided by a different person and each one was horrible. So if you go here just know the chances are good that you will get someone who can't even polish nails much less mess with acrylic powder. PS- I didn't even get into this but they will hurt you. And they won't care. You've been warned. read more

Though the inside is very clean and updated, the service is terrible. First I told them I wanted dipped acrylics (which is was I get at home all the time) and they told me they wouldn't do it. I've never had a nail salon tell me no, only warm me that they may not stay on as well as I'd like and that if they failed with my request I would not get a refund. After discussing this for a few minutes I settled on gel acrylics and was told that it was going to be $35, but when I was checking out she told me it cost $45. This happened to all 4 of us. While she was doing my nails she seemed to be rushing, only talked to the lady next to me, made me bleed twice, got glue all over the underneath of my nails causing my fingers and nails to be stuck together, didn't cut them even close to the same length, she got the polish all over my fingers and cuticles, in some places the polish didn't even cover my whole nail, she got the glue and polish all over the underneath of my nails, trimmed my nails before she started and cut my finger almost every time and tore my real nails up in this whole process leaving my fingers very sore after. We had reservations after this so I didn't have time to discuss my disappointment, but came back the very next day. They refused to me my money back, I showed her where she made me bleed and she said "oh that's okay it doesn't hurt". She repeatedly told me she didn't see I problem with them and that they looked great even after I specifically pointed out these disappointments. Needless to say after this experience there was no way I was going to let them touch my nails again and with these pictures I included I hope you think twice before letting them touch your nails either. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars because even one star is an absolute exaggeration. I called ahead to see if they could take our party of 6. 4 pedicures and 6 manicures. They told us they could take us and we headed over. This is where it all goes down hill. We expected a little of a wait but fully expected they would have available. Not the case. We had a ridiculously long wait. Started with pedicures and wasn't even asked which type we wanted. They just did the classic pedi and I wanted at least some paraffin wax in my life. My nail tech who was apparently the owner was rough and super rushed. She didn't listen to anything I said. Now my powder dip manicure was a complete shit show. I have long natural nails. Well I did. They did such a trash job that two of my nails broke after 6 days. My almond shape nails were filed completely wrong and she messed up my shape. The kicker, she cut my cuticles and skin. The gel top coat she put bubbled and peeled off within 2 days. I had to cut all of my nails. Just a sloppy mess. Another in my party asked if they could do a certain design. They enthusiastically said yes. After taking the design off that she had on they informed her they couldn't do the design. Some excuse about it getting close to closing time and end up giving her some design that she didn't want. She never would have gotten her manicure done had they been upfront about it! They took so long to do such a shitty job that most of our party had to leave to pick up our dinner before the restaurant closed. Two of us stayed behind. When questioned by the owner if we had a car, I informed her that we were taking an Uber. She went into a verbal assault about how they are closing, have to leave, and that we couldn't wait inside. First off, I didn't ask you to stay open or for us to wait inside but how can you even close when you are still doing my family member's nail. I informed her that I wasn't ordering our ride until they were finished because I am not incurring waiting charges because you guys are taking forever. Also they are dumb expensive especially for the type of service you receive. I don't mind paying extra for quality services but that was not the case. When asked about the pricing, I was informed that those are beach prices and they are close enough to the beach to charge that. Do not give this business your support or money. Trash job. My experience wasn't amazing, it wasn't awful but wouldn't call it serene. My nails look okay (gel French tip) - I have a strong natural nail, they were long and the shape of one is really bothering me as it doesn't match the others. I do not know the name of the nail tech I had but she was clearly in a rush, I felt like she for sure had better things to be doing (especially during my eyebrow wax when she literally ran out of the room for what was clearly her favorite client). I will add to this that I had an appointment for a mani, pedi and eyebrow wax - the time shouldn't have been an issue considering how quickly she finished my nails... This was overall not a relaxing experience for me, I do not intend on going back. But if your in town and need things done quickly, this could be a good option for you. read more

This is the only nail place I go to on the beach and send all of my friends and coworkers here! The people: The staff is always fun and friendly, with Tina the owner always making sure you get exactly what you want and remembering you each time you come in. The services: The keyword for this place should be thorough. Pedis can take up to an hour, but it's because of how thorough the nail techs are. It's why the pedis last almost a month! I typically get gel manicures and they last usually 3 weeks in comparison to many places where you're lucky to get 2. Love the massages you get with both. The place: Clean and relaxing. Love the waterfall and soft music they always have going. The selection of colors is far more than the typical salon, with new colors appearing each season. Prices are great. Very clean place. Nice staff. The owner Ariana took my appointments over the phone for 4 people and got us in the next day. Only complaint is that upon my pedicure , she did not know how to do a tropical French polish( which is 3 coats of pink and then French white polish tips) so now my nails look different than my toe nails. The other girl that did my hands ( did an exceptional job!) she is from Hawaii, and very very kind and professional. I think I'll go back and have her match my toe polish to my hands now. read more

I made an appointment for two manicures and two pedicures for myself and a friend. This is the second time that we had to wait for service. We got our pedicures done first. The person that was working on my friend got up and left halfway through so the lady that was doing mine had to do us both. She scrubbed the skin off the side of my foot. Now it hurts to were sandals. They forgot that we were supposed to be getting manicures too. The same lady that finished our pedicures did both of our manicures at the same time. While visiting family in the area, I stopped in to this nice nail salon on a weekday afternoon without an appointment. I was able to get in for a spa pedicure without waiting. My feet have been inside shoes since September without benefit of any pedicures, and the nail artist took an extra time with pumice to smooth my feet with a pumice and scrub! This takes more time than shaving, but is a much nicer and smoother result. Nice music, excellent massage chair. Foot and leg massage was amazing. Hot towels on calves while she did polish. I found this salon on Yelp & since I was vacationing I trusted their opinion. Never again......I spent 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back. The shop is clean & serene but ends there. I made an app't and was called that the client before me was running late so they had to move my app't 1/2 later. Ok. No biggie. I arrive and Tina still wasn't ready. After 1/2 hr. she had some guy seat me to soak my feet for my pedicure. She was moving between 3 clients to work on our feet. During Covid I found this especially disturbing. Not wanting to cause a scene I remained in my chair. Several girls walked in & she told them she'd be with them right away! However, she hadn't even removed my polish from my feet!! So, again, she had this guy fill some pedicure tubs and sat these girls. A couple were having manicures & were seated. She went from one to another w/o proper sanitation. I was very uncomfortable & asked her to please finish my pedicure, which she did. Others were sitting & waiting. She finally finished & seated me for my manicure. I asked for a regular manicure....not a gel...but after this 1 hr.+ fiasco I opted for a gel...just to get out of here. She, again, went from me to another to complete the manicures. Again, unsanitary. I had reached a point of impatience & needed to get out of there. 2 hours for a pedicure & manicure is unreasonable. My regular tech only takes 1 hr. tops for both!! Less than 2 weeks later, my Gel nails have all lifted & need to be removed. I've had Gel polish last 3-4 weeks from my tech. As I'm typing I'm peeling polish that has lifted. I'll never return to this salon NOR recommend it. read more

A very plesant experiance! We had just arrived in PCB and since our condo was not ready we had time to kill. So my daughter and I decided to have our nails done. Lucky to find this little place up the road. They were able to accomodate us both at the same time, for mani/pedi's. I don't think I've ever seen such hard working tech's ever.
