Is it more costly to polish one toe with another polish? Is it that much more work ? Is it more time consuming? Is it that bothersome? I wanted to ask for my tip back, to cover for the extra charge. How about a bottle of water or a can of pop to cover that extra charge? (They never offer a bottle of water or can of pop either!) They are one of a few salons that do this at least in my area!
