Re: Wire railing project Would not recommend this contractor based on the following; * Did not have skillset to complete project while assuring us he did, indeed felt we were misled as to his abilities to the point of we felt being were conned. He arrived with only himself and no helper which only led to the inability to properly install the railing. o Contractor did not follow the simple installation instructions provided with the railing and/or deliberately failed to install all of the parts either by blatant incompetence extremely poor work ethic. o Contractor insisted (after job was done) that owner made changes. Owner did not make changes, contractor left very late in the day (early evening), and insisted if I discovered any issues, he would be happy to return in a timely manner and make corrections. o Posts were not installed plumb (instructions specified shimming as required) which led to crooked railing and loose cabling. o Provided grommets not installed at all. o Claimed to have the ability to weld but upon demonstration his abilities were extremely poor o Upon further review by two other more reputable contactors, it was recommended that railing could not be fixed and should be completely torn out and replaced at great additional expense. This business is a scam and a terrible black business. Roger is a con man and his wife seems nice but lays him so iono.

We ordered 10 trailers from them and paid them over $8k as a deposit. They won't answer calls and…read morekeep promising delivery in text messages but they never come. They were supposed to be done in 3-4 weeks. It has now been over 6 months. We have demanded a refund or delivery and have even sent someone to their shop. They are dishonest and not to be trusted. We are filing a BBB complaint and will file suit against them if that doesn't resolve it. We have put them on notice of this and are doing everything possible to resolve this without taking that step. I will update this review if we get our money back or the trailers are delivered.
