I called both health care providers and told me Medicare would pay 80% and supplemental insurance would pay 20%. All of my other medical providers know because they call both since phone numbers are printed on my insurance cards. The other problem is the actual procedure they provided during my 2nd & 3rd visits were under 3 minutes. I have been to chiropractors before and they spent 15 to 30 minutes and staff more involved and they gave me these boring videos which was a waste of my time. My last visit the receptionist showed me a print out of several appointments and still no info on what it would cost me. I canceled with her and told her I would not be back. Never got an apology or a follow-up call. So this is my chatting air my disappointment.
