She called him to delay the pick up time and hour more & still had him waiting there for more than 30 min for it when he got there. She also put ivory colored roses when he had asked for white & didn't even call him to let him know that's all she had, she just added them to the bouquet like that. Such unpleasant service. And all roses were different sizes, not even symmetrical. Also pricey than any other florist in the area.
