This review involves my experience with the service department, I didn't buy a car from there. I made an appointment for them to upgrade my cx-5's infotainment system and USB ports, while I supplied the parts needed. They only charged me $209 after tax for the job, much better than the others in the area that I called, and coincidentally they're located near my work so it was perfect. I dropped my car off in the morning before my shift started, and they have a nice guy who drives the complimentary shuttle and drove me to work. Although they refused to put on wiper blades that weren't sold from them due to "liability issues" (bleh) that was just a minor inconvenience. They called me only a few hours after drop-off time, which eased my mind knowing it'd be ready for me by the time I'm off. I will say though, I feel the shuttle could run a bit later, the last pick up is 4 which inconveniences the 9-5ers, but not a big deal because I just bought an uber, and was still saving me money and provided me more convenience than if I had went to another dealership on a day off. They did a perfect job, everything functions as expected and they gave me a coupon for a free car wash, which really sealed the deal for me (I appreciate the little things). This is the best experience I've had with any dealership and it's pretty safe to say I'll be going there for my future mazda needs. read more

Lancaster Mazda Service is the best. Just recently, my son Ryan's Mazda 3 brokedown, and was disabled due to battery and drive belts. AAA towed the car to Lancaster Mazda at night. The next day, I worked with Jeff and Todd, and they were amazing. They got the car in that day, a busy Friday, and had it fixed and ready to be picked up at the end of the day. Ryan was then able to make it to work on Saturday. I have never been disappointed by Lancaster Mazda, they are awesome, and Jeff and Todd are Saints. I really enjoy getting my maintenance done here just because it's the dealership and something about that makes me feel a bit more secure then if I just went to some place out in town. With that being said I will say you STILL pay for the Mazda name and maintenance so the services are pretty overpriced. Although I don't enjoy that aspect I like that their customer service is great and booking an appointment is incredibly simple and can be done all online. Also, at the end of my service the associate at the desk gave me both a coupon for a free car wash as well as a rebate to send into the oil company to get $10 back. read more

I bought a new Mazda from the dealer -- got a decent deal, I'm happy with the car. Other than a stream of post-card solicitations for service, I have not been contacted by the dealer to see if I like the car, have any questions about the car or if I might be in the market for a new one. I contacted Mazda to let them know of my dissatisfaction and they said they'd follow-up with the dealer and have Lancaster Mazda reconnect with me. Remarkably, Lancaster Mazda has not been back in touch. I've written a couple of reviews about my experience and the dealer responds, online, stating my contact information has been "disabled" and that I can't be reached. I live at the same address, have the same phone number and have the same email yet the dealer cannot seem to find a way to contact me. Meanwhile, I continue to get birthday cards and special sale notices from Honda for the car that I traded in more than a year ago. I don't feel valued as a customer and have no reason to revisit the dealer for service or to purchase another new vehicle. read more
