They explained that the wrong non-Toyota clamps had been used and were overtightened (My oversight). They needed to keep my car overnight (huge inconvienence) because they didn't have a hose in stock (Really?) They then installed a new hose for $133 and performed a coolant flush for $179. There was an unexplained coolant conditioner fee of $39. Then after paying $475, I went out to check the car and they had installed the new hose with the non-Toyota universal clamps! Apparently, the service writer didn't know that clamps had to be ordered separately. I am beyond frustrated with lack of communication between the service writer and the techs and for the excessive costs for minor service. All would have been OK if they had done the repair correctly, now I have to bring it back another time, or take it somewhere else to be fixed correctly. Bottom line, if you're not in warranty, find another place to take your car.

The afternoon before she was topick it up she was told that they never picked up thecar and it had been sold. No dealership should take your deposit money then fail to go get the car. Bennett really dropped the ball. They think they might be able to order one in a month or so. If I could give them a zero I would. This is not the first time that this has happened with Bennett failing to secure a car that they said was available.

The power boost was a surprise, plenty of torque with great get up and go. Black leather seats comfortable and incredible leg room. Panoramic moon roof adds to the visual experience. Stable ride, steering and handling inspiring. Jose was not pushy and answered my questions. I had a 2025 RAM Limited 1500 paid off and it just was not comfortable for me after 3 right hip surgeries over the last 1 1/2 years. Jose and I chatted about financing and optional add-on packages. The first thing I noted was my truck keys were present on Jose's desk, first time my keys were not held by manager after they did a test drive and evaluation of my truck. We discussed trade-in value and we did not agree on a price. Jose was given my offer and we parted ways. I received a call from Jose that they agreed on my trade-in value and I agreed to stop and place money down which I completed and my truck was to be picked up the same week on Friday. Ian in finance was friendly and well organized, I took Ford financing 0% over 36 months. Jose had everything else covered, got my Ford pass set up completed and went over the Sync 4 settings. After many many Jeeps we decided to go with Mazda due to very good reliability reports. Our last Grand Cherokee was terrible with ECM problems and Savage Jeep could not diagnose the problem but still charged us over $250 for 'no actual' service. We will never buy another Jeep. Shawna from Piazza service was wonderful. My wife (her car) took the CX-5 in for the complimentary free first service and she's very impressed. Mechanic so polite and respectful. She loves her CX-5!

They charged me 2200 dollars and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When they took it back the second time, they got it into an accident. Yes, they repaired the damage caused by the accident, but we all know how the system works when you go to trade in your car: "There was an accident reported against the vehicle, so we had to lower the trade-in value." Well, Piazza Mazda of Reading wont even acknowledge this fact when I ask for some form of compensation for the diminished value. Further, they still never fixed the vibration issue. It is still there. So, not only did they devalue my vehicle but they charged me 2200 dollars for fixing a problem that is still there. And when I escalated the issue, no one wanted to be bothered. So, take this as a warning. STAY AWAY from the Mazda brand and especially Piazza Mazda of Reading. They don't care about their customers and when it matters most they aren't going to do more than the minimum. They will upsell you every time you take it in for service. They will overcharge for everything. If they get your car into an accident, they will shrug and say "it happens" (that was literally what I was told while talking to the dealership manager, as I inspected the damage done to my vehicle). They feel it is ok to not compensate the customer fully for the damage they cause (they just repair it and hope the customer goes away). This is a warning. Stay away. Go purchase a car from a different company that values their customers, because Piazza Mazda of Reading doesn't.

Well worth the 2 hour round trip through Amish country to get the work taken care of right. The car drives like its brand new again.
