Bell's returned my call very quickly. They gave me a fair price and were able to work it into their schedule the following day. The sellers told me that the were very professional in carefully packing everything and getting it out of their house without damage. At my house it was the same. Every precaution was taken to protect the furniture and our walls and floors and it was successfully put in place without damage. They did a great job and we recommend them highly and would use them again.

They had me sign paperwork that everything was fine and no damage. And made sure they got a tip. A week later I saw the broken bed frame and made a complaint. I had to call to check up because I never heard anything after a week. The solution was just to come make the bed structurally sound. Sunday at 3pm rolls around. He's nowhere to be seen. I call at 3:15pm. No Answer. I call at 4pm no answer. I've been ghosted with a truck full of boxes with no help available. He calls back at 4:30pm. He says he can't make it that he sent his crew out. he then says that he can't do today. Then, he says that we never confirmed (lie). Then he said I never sent a deposit (he didn't request). Then he said, "why do you need to be aggressive here?" Well, I'm angry because i've a truck full of boxes, no help, i need to get the truck back and I need to work the next day. End result - I unloaded the truck by myself. And, hence, this 1-star review.
