Customer service is non existent. Losing a customer over their $32 mistake? I had "Jake" from State Farm cute . At first. All the way up to Lance Greer, incompetent. I found the errors and I had to fix them. Or tried to. "My Bad" was the excuse they gave me for their errors, really? State Farm? " MY BAD". I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the State. Also I will post this across social media so people are warned of how this agency operates. More to come. No responses from this office please I can't listen to anymore excuses. Be a professional. Our homeowners and auto insurance is with Lance's agency. The rates are very competitive and State Farm is a great insurance company. Although, fortunately, we've never had a claim I can say the best part is the customer service. It is absolutely outstanding! Telephone calls are answered by a real live person who is actually knowledgable of the agency's operations. If my question can't be answered immediately the follow-up call comes back within the day. Lance and his team of professionals are second to none. We have had insurance with him since we moved to Michigan nearly 7 years ago and have not even bothered to shop around because NO ONE can beat the service this office provides. We've moved our investments and mortgage to Lance's and State Farm's very capable hands and not looked back for a second. I was involved in an accident a few years back that was 100% the other driver's fault. The other driver did not have insurance. Typically I'd have to cover my deductible but State Farm went after the uninsured driver and I got my deductible back!
