They did the work fine, but charged very high and left the yard mostly mud. I have never seen a company leave someone's yard like this, usually they put sod down wherever the yard has been torn up. I mean, for over $3500 to replace a 50 ft straight length of pipe, you'd think they'd leave it looking nice. They charge for simply coming out and looking around for awhile. $125. They also drove their digger machine all over the yard, leaving deep muddy ruts cris-crossing everywhere. read more

Really easy to work with and quality service. I needed the kitchen faucet reinstalled after a new countertop was installed plus some other replacements. Stacy was the scheduler and worked with me when the countertop installation was delayed a day. She quickly rescheduled us with no problem. We gave up trying to turn off water valve at baseboard behind refrigerator because water was dribbling from its rear corner under the ice maker. When we turned off main valve at meter, it sprayed. Tightening the nut below did not work. We lived for two days without running water as we waited for our plumber appointment. We chose Smith because of good recommendations for and $18 lower hourly rate. This morning Apollo-like Corey appeared at the door with tools. In less than an hour he replaced valve at baseboard and cut off crimped section of copper tubing to reinsert it--and stopped leak below handle of main valve at water meter outside. In that time he answered questions and was easy to laugh. We have a go-to plumber now! We struggled with this for a week. So glad we can now reopen the main valve after two days have water service! Should it have waited so long to call for skilled help. read more

Our sink was leaking about a week ago and we called to set an appointment later in the day on Friday they were able to see us as soon as Monday morning. They called to let us know they were running slightly behind but we didn't mind and appreciated the heads up. The leak was fixed in about 15 to 20 minutes and we haven't had any issues since. DO NOT USE SMITH PLUMBING! Their technicians attitude are horrible, always saying negative comments, don't seem to want to work, let alone with for this company. They quoted a job, missed some items and jacked up our price without telling us in advance, all because THEY failed to pick up on these missed items. Rinky dink business.
