Scott and his team has state-of-the-art gear which makes an enormous difference. That, paired with detailed knowledge on not only the causes of certain things but the chemical processes in both treating and preventing them. I was crazy impressed with Scott's ability to articulate exactly what and why he uses the processes he does. My carpets were hammered by cat urine and vomit from a previous tenant and now I feel comfortable enough to lay on that very same carpet! It's not often when you can find someone so passionate and knowledgeable who is also willing to answer any questions you may have with a smile! These guys take pride in their work which sets them apart from the rest. I couldn't be happier and will be using nearly all of their services in the future. Also the invoicing process is simple and streamlined. I will be having my air ducts cleaned today so I will edit this review upon completion.

I called G.L.R. and very quickly received a response from Justin to come out and give me an estimate. I also received the estimate in a timely manner and the estimate was a very reasonable price. I did not know the cause of the mold and Justin found 4 things that were contributing to the growth and was able to correct all four things. Justin is very knowledgeable and it was clear that he knew what he was doing and he takes pride in doing the job right. He suggested other improvements (that I didn't think of) such as offsetting the paint job with 2 different colors to make the bathroom look better. This bathroom is my kids bathroom and I can tell that they are taking steps to keep it cleaner now that it has been redone. I now have a sigh of relief that the mold is gone and won't come back AND it looks great! He took care to NOT get the rest of the house dirty while he was working and cleaned up afterwards.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for Monday at 10, the day before we were to vacate the house. The owner assured me she would be with the team. A few minutes before 10 on Monday I got a phone call that they were running late and the team, sans the owner, would definitely be there before 11 am. At 10:50 my husband decided he'd waited long enough and called leaving a message to cancel. The owner did call back and promise a good discount if he kept the appointment but by that time he was done. Don't waste your time.. look elsewhere.
