This would take far too…read morelong, so I'll number it and try to be concise: 1) Sales Rep told us "no demo required" and drafted a plan for somewhere between 9-11 galvanized steel piers to be driven into "bedrock" (later explained to not be the case). 2) $10K deposit already processed when the crew showed up. a) "This diagram is inaccurate." "We need to go under the deck and rip up the first 8-10 planks". b) Wrong - we can't go under the deck. "We need to chisel out the floor at the rear of the garage to install 4 piers there". 3) This 3-4 day job, tomorrow am, 22 Jun, will be day 13. 4) They had an excavator, all the dirt, boulders, and other loose stones parked on the side of the lawn for 12 days before removal. 5) AFTER finally removing the excavator - 21 June - the crew told me I was supposed to remit payment. a) They haven't addressed the large crack in the corner of the garage, and b) I financed 60% of the job through their 3rd party finance company GreenSky. There is no money owed them, once they finish - it's now on a payment plan through GreenSky. PS - Their office has NO IDEA how this works. Called 3 times to ensure billing would be applied to the account we were approved for. NO CLUE AT ALL. 6) They also had to dig to the foundation on the R side of the garage (known). They dug it up to spill over the retaining wall into the neighbor's driveway. The neighbors couldn't use half their driveway for the same two weeks due to dirt and stones falling into their driveway. Read GROK, & their BBB ratings (Boston / Plainville MA specifically). There is always, always, always an excuse. Nothing but "yes man" responses from the project manager. I NEVER WANT ANY COMPANY TO LOSE WORK, because there are too many people who lose business because ppl want their asses kissed. Not the case in this instance. I'm writing this as they still haven't finished the work. LOOK at the pics, consider how the job was written, conveyed, we were told no demo, and this was the garage and driveway for 2 weeks. After seeing the images of the dump truck in our neighbor's yard, the home office sent a kid to Home Depot to get some hydraulic cement. He slapped some in with a putty knife and said "all done". THAT'S how they completed the job. Remember, this company told us 3-4 days. The ONLY reason I agreed to ripping up the garage floor was I would have it back in a few days. The office approved us in MARCH for financing, and their office is telling them to grab a check. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. I hope they read this, and refute it - I'll be happy to elaborate further, this is enough for now. Again, use your preferred AI for reviews, prompt it for follow-ups, delays, service, complaints, and the longer list of complaints for return calls.

They were very attentive, responsive, and eager to secure the work. Unfortunately, everything changed once the driveway was sealcoated and payment was made. The finished job looked absolutely terrible. The driveway was not properly cleaned or prepared, and the final result appears extremely uneven, almost as if multiple different products were used that do not match. The quality of workmanship was far below what was promised or expected. When I immediately questioned the appearance of the driveway, I was told that everything would "blend together" and look much better after about a week. Unfortunately, that never happened, and the driveway still looks awful. I documented everything with photos and sent them directly to the owner. To his credit, the owner admitted the driveway "did not look good" and stated this was not the quality of work his company normally performs. He also confirmed he was not present when the work was done. Based on that conversation, I expected the issue to be corrected professionally. Instead, I have spent weeks being ignored, avoided, and misled. I repeatedly received messages saying they would "take care of it in the next couple days," yet nobody ever showed up, called, or followed through. After each promise, communication would stop again completely. It has now been over a week since the last promise to fix the driveway, and they continue to avoid my calls and text messages. I have since had two other companies inspect the driveway, and both confirmed the workmanship was extremely poor and that I should be requesting a full refund. What makes this even worse is the way I have been treated throughout this process. Communication became rude and dismissive once there was a problem. A reputable company stands behind its work and communicates honestly with customers. That has not been my experience here. I will be posting photos so others can judge the workmanship for themselves. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company, look elsewhere. They are extremely untrustworthy. They use different company names. Route 1 Roofing, SVM Roofing, and Onyx Sealcoating. RUN!!
