We needed a quick mow at a property we were renovating. Forced us into a weekly agreement when our grass barely grows. Final straw was sending us an unexpected $800 bill for additional work we didn't request, including poison ivy that was growing up our chimney. That poison ivy is still there to this day. I had these guys out to clean up my leaves this year because I saw their sign on 3A. I usually take care of my own landscaping because I don't like having random people at my house but didn't have time to get to the leaves this year. I was home when these guys came and they were all polite, english speaking, american workers who did a real good job. I would give less than 1 star if that was at all possible. I was a client for the last 3 years and they provided ok service. However they recently tried to bill me $200 for work that they absolutely never performed at my house. When I tried to engage to get the owner to come to the house and clearly see the work wasn't done they just complete informed me. Then weeks later I get a letter saying they are resuming service so I think perhaps they have realized their billing error and we can move forward. They then just never show up at the house for service again. I had to leave more than 1 message to even get someone to call back and say they were not coming back but really had no intention of ever actually telling me this. This is pretty much the definition of UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me. I absolutely urge people to not use them unless you are looking to get Billie door work not done, completely ignored and then let in the lurch for lawn care when just don't show up and don't have the courtesy to let you know. read more

They showed up when they said they would, estimate was reasonable. They said they could do the work within a couple of weeks and after sending a deposit they did start the work within a couple of weeks. They showed up and finished the job in one day. I had them clear out brush and overgrowth, remove a tree, and remove and spray for poison ivy. They left the yard very neat and clean. I was thrilled when I came home and found what a good job they had done. read more
