They had a great selection of exterior colors to choose from and I got to upgrade the interior features that were important to me and even add outlets to the house in critical spaces. Great Floors had a great selection of flooring, backsplash and countertops to choose from! The house truly felt like it was a custom build since the interior layout was perfect for me! I was renting nearby so I got to watch almost every step of the build process when I drove by. Viking was extremely gracious and set up appointments with my realtor so that I could walk through and take photographs after it was framed and the electric had been wired etc. It was refreshing to see how careful Viking was to make sure that everything was super clean before the closing! Viking has taken excellent care of me! I noticed a small chip in a shower and we noticed something that had been missed on our inspection and they sent out service teams within days to fix it. I had a few other small issues and again-someone was out in a couple of days to address them. One of them wasn't part of the contract and it wasn't strictly required but they took care of it for me! I plan on having this as my forever home (retired), and I'm loving this experience so far!

Prior to signing I had asked if all the cabinets come with 100% opening drawers (this was a huge issue with me) and was assured by Mike that they did. In the final walk through I noticed they weren't. Viking and Mike Green refused to fix the problem. I now have to pay $2500.00 to fix the problem.

Everything explained well, and reasonably fast service (sometimes you just have to wait in line people, that's life. I thought we all learned that in kindergarten?). Let's face it folks, going to the pharmacy is not one of the fun things in life. I understand that some folks have probably had bad experiences, but your own attitude goes a long way to making experiences better. Anyway, there are definitely worse pharmacies in the Spokane area and these folks have always been good to me. And they are open 24 hours again so great for people who work long or weird hours. He's in a lot of pain with Spinal Stenosis, Arthritis on the Spine, and 3 herniated discs, so it is quite difficult for him to run errands or do much of anything. Today was the fourth time I've gone to Walgreens to pick up his pain meds and other prescriptions, and they were not ready yet again despite a phone call saying they were. Yesterday (4/7/25) he was told the prescription was ready. I went to the counter today (4/8/25) around 11:50am, and I was told that his prescription was NOT ready because the supply had run out and was supposed to to be re-stocked between 8:30am-9:00am that morning. They took my phone number to call or text me when it was ready. Now this has happened before, so I left and drove home and waited. After nearly 4 and 1/2 hours, there was no call and no text, so I drove back to Walgreens and asked for his prescription again. This time I was told they had the medication but I needed to wait at least 30 minutes for it to be filled. I waited in the pharmacy for 30 minutes, and I got a text that it was ready. I watched and saw them take it out of the bin. They had not put anything in that bin while I waited -- I watched! The prescription had been in that bin the entire time, nobody checked it. They went with what the computer screen told them, I guess. I'm so mad about them wasting my time. As I said, this is the 4th time this has happened! I purchased the prescription and went to my car. I looked at the prescription and there it was: Filled on 4/7/25 on Monday at 6:49pm! They had it the entire time. As always, I was lied to again by them. I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

They were responsive and punctual. Michael showed up on time to give an estimate and provided a quote with 3 days. I was stood up and did not receive so much as a phone call from 2 other companies. 2. Prompt and professional customer service. Whenever I sent an email, my questions were promptly answered. 3. Their bid was fair and reasonable. I received in total 3 bids and the one that was like for like as far as material, installation, and time, was significantly incomplete compared to Michael's, so I went with K2. 4. The work was done and completed to my satisfaction, in spite of winter weather challenges, and I appreciate that more than anything. We sought a new fence to keep our pup safe but not detract from the neighborhood beauty. We decided to go with a pressure treated posts hog wire fence. I have a high standard when it comes to completed work. I want it to look good and be aesthetically pleasing top to bottom. That was accomplished with K2. There are no gaps along the bottom of the fence, it's uniform, gates are well constructed, and concrete posts are covered. I appreciate the work they did and more importantly I love my fence.

We said that it was fine and booked with another company instead. He has called multiple times, yelling and threatening that this was the last day we could get the service and raising his voice at me. It was the type of convo that made us glad we have our security cameras on. I would advise folks to stay away from this very unprofessional person, and go to one of the many other legit services in Spokane.
