This results in not solving the problems that you have with the roof. They don't bother looking in the attic to see if the roof is doing what it should be doing. This company also does gutters and installed "Rain/splash Guards. These help with rain splash but this is not recommended in snow country in general, as in the winter, snow backs up from this shield and creates ice dams, leading to roof leaks. Customers need to get educated / read as much as possible and use of common sense is needed as this area lacks reliable roofing companies.

We had multiple metal valleys on a steep "artisan" roof fail. They were installed incorrectly…read moreduring our home build, but we didn't realize the problem. Andre, on recommendation from a real state friend of mine, came by at the last minute (after we had a leak!) and in cold, unfavorable weather, to make an assessment and a plan. His estimate was reasonable. He knows his business! He stuck to the plan and the estimate and was able to very carefully and expeditiously replace the metal valleys with the proper materials and technique, while keeping me closely informed throughout the entire project with pictures from the job. He communicated very well and always had excellent explanations. We initially had other roofing companies come out to take a look at the job, and they really were pushing for us to accept that we would need a new roof because they didn't want to be responsible for doing a repair. This was their recommendation, even though the rest of the roof looked absolutely in great shape. Andre was much more reasonable and confident in his ability to do the repair successfully, which he was able to do. We have not had any leaks since then and the roof looks very good. All in all, I highly recommend Andre and his company. It's comforting to deal with a contractor or roofer who you believe is not only intelligent and competent, but also trustworthy.
