Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

Subsequently, he behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner: I requested an itemized invoice but never received one; every time we agreed on a start date, he failed to show up at the site; on one occasion, he finally did arrive and began the task, but he completed only 10% of the total scope of work and then stopped. Since then, I have repeatedly asked Jordan to complete the project; however, as of today, no action has been taken on his part. I would not recommend Winsome Landscaping.

I eventually was able to talk to someone in the HR department and they did have Darren call me. Darren told me that his team would come over to perform the 'fall cleanup' in mid Oct or early Nov. Well it's Thanksgiving now and my yard never did get serviced. And once again, Darren did not / does not return my calls. Clearwater (Evan) did actually winterize my irrigation system. I let Evan know that some landscape lights were out and he explained that Darren takes care of these and that he would let Darren know they need to be replaced. That was 2 months ago and the lights are still not fixed. I called again letting Evan know that some sprinklers were blown out / damages when he winterized but he did not call back. I tried several times and neither Darren or Evan will return my calls. In summary, Clearwater was a complete disappointment. Terrible customer service; it was the worst I have ever experienced. I will no longer try to contact Clearwater and I will not hire Clearwater for any service. I recommend you find a different landscape service that will actually return calls and live up to commitments.

They're rude unprofessional they do a piss poor job, insult residents, they didn't do the job, the leaves weren't blown out or cleaned up. They actually made a bigger mess than anything else.
