He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

The promises he made were not fulfilled: He only partially leveled the field, promising to finish when preparing the sub-base for the artificial turf. He dug only half of the trench. He never installed the drainage system or grass. Usually, you pay for work completed, but this contractor demands payment upfront. If things go wrong, you will lose your money. Overall, his unprofessionalism and unreliability are not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere for your landscaping needs. Just so you know, this contractor scammed me out of $4300 for the work shown in the pictures. He lied, made falae promises, and said anything he could to get the money upfront. Then he didn't complete the jobs and tried to extort more money.
