This is my fourth pool installation and the quality is the poorest. The gunite is rough, not even, and has poor transitions to the tile work. Seats in the pool are uneven by up to two inches. The deck is permanently stained from their crew. Baja shelf is not graded properly pooling during winter closure causing staining. Within one month of completion one third of the deck sank. Within 14 months the pool was cracked mid pool almost all the way across. No responses to notification of issues. Best of luck using them

When that didn't fix the issue, he scheduled and was timely in confirming and showing up as committed. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
