We are, sadly, yet another victim of the Folsom pinhole leaks. We previously had two pinhole leaks,…read moreone in the ceiling of the garage and one outside near the pipes to the sprinklers. This latest one was a hot water leak under the slab in the master closet, and the final straw. Due to our previously outstanding experience with Michael and Leak Finders, they were our first call, and our only call. Michael quickly detected the leak and then explained our options: 1) Only fix the leak 2) Repipe only the hot water 3) Repipe both the hot and cold. He thoroughly explained all our options, including exactly what would be done for each scenario, and the cost. Since this was our third leak we decided to go with the repipe. I can't stress this enough, Michael is punctual, communicates clearly, very meticulous and very clean. The job took 2 weeks. Every single day he was on time. Each day he vacuumed the areas he worked in and put his tools away. If it weren't for the holes we wouldn't even know he'd been there. He limited the holes that had to be made and explained to me every day what he'd be working on. My wife joked he left the house cleaner when he left each day than it was before he arrived. The job is done now and we are thrilled with the work he did. We can't recommend him highly enough. We all have our contractor horror stories. You definitely wouldn't get anything other than a success story with Michael and Leak Finders. We are confident the days of pinhole leaks are behind us. He also added several more hose bibs for us where there were none before. We have have on on every side of our house. A positive side note is we also get our hot water more quickly, and it gets hotter faster. I've only posted a few of the pictures. He treated us and our house with great care. The head on the filter is leaking in 5 different spots. someone was suppose to be here within 3 days. No one had called or showed up. I also inquire about the sharkline warranty that states it should be installed at a zero grade level or the warranty is voided. installer said you can backfill up to 18", he installed to require a 20" backfill. Family Leisure in Olathe said you can backfill up to 3'. No one will put in writing as to what they say. I telephone today to enquire if I could buy a skimmer basket with a handle. Tje actual manager argues with me and told me all their skimmers baskets have a handle. Told me I was wrong. I took a picture and sent to him as to which he said. oh yea that one doesn't. Horrible experience.

This is my fourth pool installation and the quality is the poorest. The gunite is rough, not even, and has poor transitions to the tile work. Seats in the pool are uneven by up to two inches. The deck is permanently stained from their crew. Baja shelf is not graded properly pooling during winter closure causing staining. Within one month of completion one third of the deck sank. Within 14 months the pool was cracked mid pool almost all the way across. No responses to notification of issues. Best of luck using them

First review ever…read more.. Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a pool vacuum from them a few years back and everything went quite smoothly. It broke at the opening of this season and I called to see if they could check it out. No problem. They diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new motor and I said go for it. They said they would order one and get it repaired. They said they would call me with updates. A week goes by and I don't hear from them; I've never had a motor replaced, so I don't really know the timeline. They tell me that the new motor hasn't come in yet and they're just waiting on it. No problem. Another week goes by, same call by me, same answer. Waiting on motor. I give it another week, this time they say they'll have to call me back. A coupe of days go by but no call. I call back. This time I talk to Jeannie, who sounds like a manager. She apologetically lets me know that there has been some warehouse move from the motor company but that they are now getting my motor expedited. Not great news, but at least it feels like some movement. I just ask that, regardless of what's happening, they keep in contact with me instead of me constantly having to find out the status of my business with them. Over a week goes by, and no call, I get Jeannie back on the phone, and she lets me know that they don''t have a motor, but if I want I can try and find one on my own and bring it to them. This is after a month! I let her know that I'm upset that they haven't let me know what's going on, and she says they haven't called me because there was nothing to say! How about, "You know how we said the motor was getting expedited? That's not happening any more and we can't provide the service we said we could." Instead, she just tells me they can put the vacuum on the counter and I can come and get it, as if I'm the problem in this scenario. If they had told me at the beginning of the process that it might take a month or more to get the motor in and repaired that would be one thing. But no timeline was ever given, just that as soon as they got one in they would get on it, and they would keep me updated. No updates were ever forthcoming. If this is the way they work on a pool motor, I'd hate to see the runaround they would give on larger; even more expensive repairs and jobs. Now, after a month of summer having no vacuum, I'm right back where I started, thanks to Swimfun.

When that didn't fix the issue, he scheduled and was timely in confirming and showing up as committed. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a written (and reasonable) estimate to do the necessary work, which was completed when the necessary equipment came in. I would definitely call him again, and recommend others to use Adonis.
