This is a wonderful open space outlet shopping location. There's also high end brands like Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors and Tory Burch. I loved how the pathways are filled with grass and natural plants. Other than shopping, this place has lots of entertainment and dining options. They have an AMC right in the middle section. The Dave & Buster is in the left wing. There are multiple restaurants including Yard House, Five Guys, Panera and Chipotle. I loved how the pathways are filled with grass and natural plants. We spent couple hours here on New Year's day. It wasn't busy, so we had great shopping experience. Staff members in all the stores provided a friendly service. We bought a bunch of stuff from different stores. All the stores offered got discount, between 25% - 75%. I wish the signs were little better so we could know what shops are in what direction. We drove to both ends of parking lot to explore both sides since it was really cold to walk outside. But overall it seemed to be the go to shopping spot in and around KC.

It has many fashion stores, jewelry, shoes etc. It also has AMC and Dave&Buster on site. A lawn area for kids to run around. Most stores were running some discount for the holidays so I would say the price was reasonable. But keep in mind that KC charges 10% city tax.

As public places go, this is the gem of gems for Kansas City. It provides yet another argument K.C…read more is, in fact, a real city and long ago shed its image as a cow town on the cusp of modernity. Though its big city counterpart on the east side of the state has distinct historic and architectural relevance, Saint Louis just isn't as placid or stable feeling as K.C. Country Club Plaza just adds so much. Oh, and there's shopping. As someone else put it, this is the Beverly Hills of Missouri. True. Come to think of it, they could rename 47th Rodeo Drive, pronounce it like the livestock event and have an annual cattle drive to celebrate the city's history. Lol. Jk, jk. Kinda. In all seriousness, it's an absolute favorite for more refined fun.

I was really impressed by the sheer variety of food and shopping options. I specifically made the trip to visit the Made in KC store, and it was a total win--they have a fantastic selection of unique gifts if you're looking for something local. Getting here from downtown was a breeze via public transportation, which made the trip much more relaxing than worrying about parking. Whether you're here for the shopping or just the views, it's a KC highlight!

The Crown Center is a family friendly shopping and entertainment spot. Mostly clean and well…read moremaintained space. There are shops like Hallmark, Crayola, Starbucks, convenience store, tea store, souvenir store, Halls (luxury store, mostly expensive goods), local KC good store and so many different restaurants. The hallway connects it to entertainment places like Hallmark visitor center, Kaleidoscope, Sealife and Lego Center. In the plaza they also had ice rink and Christmas decorations. There's indoor parking, street car stop and Union station (minutes away) for guests. Throughout the day, lots of tourists, including families with kids visit this center. The restaurants have varieties like bbq, pizza and sandwiches. Sheridan's frozen custard is a really popular ice cream store. It is also connected to Westin hotel via passageway. I did struggle a bit the signs and directions. There were not clear in some corners. Security personnel are available throughout the plaza, we took some direction help from them. But overall it's a prime spot in KC.

The parking system up to now has been easy to navigate and validate at any shop. The new "frictionless" parking system is an obnoxious data grab, irritating to set up (I do not want to make an account for every place I park), and impossible for people who choose not to have a smartphone on them at all times (me). :) I'm sure it cost a lot to implement, but every person I've talked to has also found it frustrating. Will be ice skating elsewhere from now on and choosing alternative parking from the crown center garages whenever possible.
