Everyone in the office has a lovely smile, makes eye contact and seems happy to be at work. Dr Philbin was such a gift. I had a moment of panic right before surgery and he sat with me and did not rush me through it. He listened to every concern and answered every question. My surgery was performed at Southdale Fairview and I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with my care team. Post-surgery, Dr Philbin and his patient coordinator have answered every email within hours, usually minutes, made time for me and seen me when it is necessary. The insurance company even called them to advise it was covered and to have them send in the preauthorization. They failed to send in the preauthorization and after their policy changed in 2025, now advised me they no longer do insurance cases, and decided my deposit is no longer refundable. I even had two other correction surgeries done and it still did not fix the issues I had. I paid for them out of pocket even though they had my deposit on hold. I advise not to schedule surgery here. You will be very disappointed. You will have to file legal action to get your money back. They do not care what your needs are, they just care on how much money they make.

I had to pay 20k to get revision rhinoplasty because it was so bad. The doctor I saw for a revision even said it was pretty bad and messed up and super bulky on the bottom. He also just took my septum completely out instead of fixing it. So now I've spent 31k on my nose. I've attached the photo of his nose (top) that Dr.Mesna did, along with the one I just got from a different surgeon. It now looks way more natural and nice compared to what he did to me.
