I've attached the photo of his nose (top) that Dr.Mesna did, along with the one I just got from a different surgeon. It now looks way more natural and nice compared to what he did to me. Everyone in the office has a lovely smile, makes eye contact and seems happy to be at work. Dr Philbin was such a gift. I had a moment of panic right before surgery and he sat with me and did not rush me through it. He listened to every concern and answered every question. My surgery was performed at Southdale Fairview and I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with my care team. Post-surgery, Dr Philbin and his patient coordinator have answered every email within hours, usually minutes, made time for me and seen me when it is necessary. So I flew my behind to MN to meet this awesome Doc in person! The office and staff are sooo nice and friendly. Doc was so well dressed, comforting and knowledgeable. From the time we started the consultation, he completely provided a respectfu environment. Before I left the house to go see him, I was telling my bff how I need a doc to grab all up on my skin so I can really see what's gna be gone after surgery- that is exactly what he did. He takes his time he knows absolutely everything about the face. Other facial plastic surgeons know him as well and compliment his work. I had another (female) plastic surgeon in St Louis Park ask me for a referral about who did my work, that's how good he is - she said she wanted to get work by him as well. He takes his time and will tell you what your facial muscles are doing and what his plan will be, his prices are fair. He goes step by step. He will never make you look overworked or over tight or over done- everyone will just think wow you look amazing. I hope he does not retire anytime soon! I really appreciate his honesty and his imaging system where he shows you your expected results and before and after. I am currently deciding to do one more thing with him that I did not previously do, but I am ready to do now! I feel his personal life has interfered with his professional life. His girlfriends have influenced him in negative ways. It's all about the money now. He hired a girlfriend to only lose her after a break up. Very unprofessional. It shows that she was just after his money. She did all the high class decorating in the office. My opinion is it's ugly and cold. Doesn't give off a warm and inviting vibe. When the girlfriend roomed me, she spoke very ding dongish, and made sure I knew dr. K was hers. Not good. The staff is very unfriendly and rude. I've seen them roll their eyeballs at clients. They act very high class and above me. They make me feel very uncomfortable. Dr. K has expanded so much to keep up with the times that he himself has stopped doing some practices like Botox. His office is decorated so expensively high class that I don't fit in. I do not feel comfortable at all. I feel very low class and that I shouldn't be there. I can't afford his products. I can't eden afford his services anymore. He's very pricey to compared to others doctors. I've done the leg work. I've visited other plastic surgeons and received much lower estimates for different things. During my visits with dr.
