I had a procedure done almost 1 year ago. I thought the staff was amazing. They all made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Unfortunately, I didn't receive what I was asking for or wanted at all. The surgeon didn't listen to anything I had said. I am very very unhappy with my results and i feel like I was ripped off. From the minute I stepped into Dr. Harrington's office, my experience was wonderful. Her staff is experienced, professional and you can tell they genuinely care. You are not rushed, as they take the time to hear what your needs are and how they can assist. I had tons of questions about my procedure and others, and they took the time to discuss options and what may or may not work. This is key, as some Doctors will do anything for the money; she does this because she wants to (and not has to) and will be honest, which makes a big difference. I understood the risks, and that my procedure they stated, although highly unlikely, could revert back to original state. Like any procedure, results could vary, and you cannot be guaranteed. I am so thrilled with my experience at Harrington and Associates. The all-female (awesome) staff is incredible and accommodating, and Dr. Harrington is a true artist with the most caring personality. I had bilateral breast implant removal, removal of capsules and a mastopexy. One of implants had bottomed out and the other implant was ruptured (the implants were done 7 years ago by a different doctor). At age 33, and as a mom of two, I was just ready to have them removed and lifted so I could get back to doing life! Her attention to detail in my surgery is something I am so grateful for - I have never been happier with my breasts and feel my confidence is restored. Sorry. Dr may be a great plastic surgeon But her clinical team is not well trained. Made me feel like it was all about the money. Went for fillers for facial laugh lines. Someone from her clinic performed the procedure. She left me with visable, multiple injection sites on my face. I've had fillers at other plastic surgeon clinics and NEVER had the injection site damage I did with this clinic. My recommendation is find a clinic where this type option procedure is not a revenue generator and nothing else. read more

Dr. Harrington is just the sweetest woman. She is personally invested in the happiness of her patients, and places results over profit. She did my labiaplasty in 2016, and the results were life-changing. I went back to her office a year later for Coolsculpting. Apparently I was not a good candidate for Coolsculpting, but there is no way Dr. Harrington could have known this because everybody's body reacts differently. Even so, she happily refunded my money upon viewing my unimpressive before and after photos. Dr. Harrington did my breast implant surgery in 2015 and I cannot speak any more highly of her! She was so accommodating. So first off, I lived out of state and was not able to do a consultation, but she did speak to me over the phone, mainly I think because my mom has been a return client over the years and had spoken to her as well. We went over everything and scheduled a date for my surgery. The day of the surgery, she came in to meet with me and essentially asked me that if she were to make a mistake, would I want her to go too big or too small and I said too small, then she said "alright, lets go!". She did not tell me what size she was going with, but I trusted her based on my mom's experiences. After my surgery, I had awesome nurses that took care of me as I did not do well waking from the anesthesia and they even kept me there after closing time until they felt comfortable that I could get into the car and be driven home without issues. My recovery went very well and Dr. H called to check in on me and make sure I was okay. After all was said and done, my experience was amazing and no one could tell that I had gotten breast implants (I no longer had to wear push up bras, which was my goal - I did not want huge implants, I just needed small implants to look proportionate to the rest of my body). They looked so natural that even when I told people, they STILL didn't believe me! I have had a child now and plan on having a second in the next 2 years, but I will be going back to Dr. H as soon as I stop breastfeeding to get a lift and touch up on them as my pregnancy did change them a bit. read more

Incredible bed side manner. You are "her" work. When she says she's going to take really good care of - believe it, it's her promise to you. She and her staff are generally excited for you. They are professional, no question is to small. The information given was comprehensive, everything I needed. The original surgery was at another clinic with a different doc. - Dr Harrington fixed this surgeons work. It's 5 days post op and I feel good!! Pain - a 6 at the most. Make sure to take your BROMELAIN - I started taking 2 tablets 500mg per day about two weeks before my surgery. I also have been drinking pineapple juice in the cans - 2 per day, and as much raw pineapple as possible! It keeps the swelling and bruising down - for as much as I had done, I had very little swelling and bruising! $17 on Amazon very well spent!! So happy with my results - best gift to myself ever!! read more

I recently went to Dr. Harrington after having Moh's Surgery for basal skin carcinoma. My dermatology office handled the Moh's Surgery and their goal was simply removing the cancer. Unfortunately that left me with a large gaping hole in my face below my eye. I called Dr. Harrington's office to see if she could help me and everyone on her team was so great! They were so kind and helped me get in right away--despite Dr. Harrington having a full schedule. Dr. Harrington saw me and assured me she would help and she said she would try to minimize the scarring. My surgery with Dr. Harrington was the next day and I was so surprised when she took off the bandage a week later - the scar looks like a laugh line!
