If you can dodge this bullet, do so by all means! Their customer service is trash! There is mean, grumpy, unprofessional man that usually work the counter regardless of time of day, they will forget your dog collar and leashes, talk to any kind of way over the phone, do whatever haircut they feel ("they don't care how you explain it or which picture you show because not how it was written down"). Even if you drop your dogs off at the start the business day somehow you seem to not get them back until the end of business day! No matter what day of the week! They'll even tack whatever fees they find available on to ensure they have a petty few dollar bonus at the end of your crappy service! The place is filthy and smells 97% of the time and every single time you try and let them redeem themselves it'll be another issue yet and still they will blame you!
