After leaving messages for over 6 weeks with NO RESPONSE AT ALL from Jacquelyn I had to email the attorney that referred me to her to get a response. She overcharged me (increased her hourly rate from $225 to $250 until I called her out). I feel she over billed the hours, I tried to reason with her but she just lied about the discussion that we had at the beginning of my case. I gave her several opportunities correct this and explained that I would be leaving reviews to keep others from getting burned by her. She even tried to intimidate me by threatening to file a slander suit against me (so you know this review is 100% honest). Very unprofessional!

The remaining $7000 was what they charged to run fans for three and a half days. it is beyond ridiculous to charge that to run a fan. What a horrible way to gouge your community during a crisis time.
