I feel she over billed the hours, I tried to reason with her but she just lied about the discussion that we had at the beginning of my case. I gave her several opportunities correct this and explained that I would be leaving reviews to keep others from getting burned by her. She even tried to intimidate me by threatening to file a slander suit against me (so you know this review is 100% honest). Very unprofessional!

I was told they were able to have it ready by the time I got to their office! So I did just that! Although they didn't have them ready by the time I got there, it's not a big deal! I just waited (understandably the printer would jam, or the format wasn't correct). They had all my pages printed for me :) i think it's a little expensive (10 cents a page?) for a black and white print.
