The service department is great. Had many times where I've had emergencies with my cars and they'll fix it that day no issue and reasonable prices. I've purchased many cars from here and have had no serious problems. Only one issue was the hard inquiries to get a loan, I mentioned "only two only please" but 4 were pulled. If I had bad credit it could've been detrimental. Besides that everything else is great especially when we are in a small town. read more

I will never go here or allow anyone I know to. After receiving the flyer in the mail with a supposed "winner", I called to verify and was told I had won. I even asked if there was a catch because I was an hour away. I was told I had definitely won. So I drove an hour to get there and have them tell me it wasn't the prize that it was showing I had won on the flyer. It was a 2 dollar scratch off. This place is willing to deceive and take advantage of people to try and make a sale. After saying to the manager that his flyer was extremely misleading, he gives me attitude and tells me" I don't wanna hear how you think its misleading". Great way to treat a potential customer after they just explained the amount of time they had just wasted for nothing. So I told them where they could go. I will be checking to see if they are BBB accredited and if so will be reporting them for misleading business practices and deception. And this is what type of people you are dealing with. read more

Beware of sketchy promotional flyer! Scratch off revealed I won either 7,500 or John Deere tractor .. called the place and with my confirmation number I was told that I was in fact a winner. When I arrived I was met outside and asked if I was here for the promotional event. Sat down briefly with a salesman and when I said I didn't want to get out of my lease early I was given my 1$ lottery ticket.​ read more

I purchased a classic 71 VW as a used car thru their dealership. It was represented as completely restored & PERFECT, needing nothing & the nicest they had ever seen. In reality it received a cosmetic restoration but had been in an accident, had MAJOR rust damage covered mainly by massive amounts of undercoating. The engine requires rebuilding, the front coil spring/strut is bent from accident damage, tie rod bushings are completely shot among many other mechanical issues. This car is a mechanical NIGHTMARE & should never have been sold in this condition. I took it to a VW shop that specializes in classic VW repair & it was suggested that I take the car to a body shop to make sure that the car is road worthy due to the amount of rust damage to the undercarriage. I would like my $$ back but so far Landmark has offered me $3K to repair the car or $3K back less than what I payed for the car to buy it back. I feel that both offers are laughable & it seems that I will have to resort to legal means to gain satisfaction, if at all. BTW, I am a 78 yr. old sr. citizen. BUYER BEWARE !! 10/30/19 Since I'm unable to post another review I suppose I'll have to be content with updating my original post. So far, no additional offers have come from Landmark Chevy to right the wrongs they have perpetuated on me. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau outlining my issues. The co-owner of Landmark filed a rebuttal basically placing all the blame on me for not doing a thorough enough inspection of the undercarriage of the car prior to concluding the purchase..... Remember, this car was advertised as 'perfect', 'the nicest they had ever seen', 'stored in a climate controlled garage', etc, etc. Besides, this was sold as a used car by a small town, family run Chevy dealer & the sale was concluded with a smile & a handshake. What could possibly go wrong???? ..... I was also told that I waited too long to make my complaint after the car was purchased. Let me attempt to explain. The car was purchased on 9/18/19 & my first complaint was made on 10/8/19. In the interim the following occurred. Understand I live 450 miles away from the dealership so this was a 900 mile round trip. Unloaded the VW the following am & my friend drove into my garage where it stayed until I secured insurance, plates & title/ registration for the car. Also, I am 78 years old, am afflicted w/ a neuro-logical disorder that causes me to wear leg braces on both feet/legs & I was not at all sure if I'd still be able to drive a car with a clutch. If not, I'd just sell the car. I also had to find a VW mechanic that specialized on 48 year old air-cooled VW's. Luckily I found one just 25 miles away from where I lived. I practiced driving my stick shift VW in my sr. community until I felt somewhat proficient, made an appointment to take VW to mechanic for tune-up, oil change, etc. & left car there. The VW mechanic took the liberty of taking pictures of the undercarriage & that's when I found out the extensive damage that this car had. All this took time. I informed Landmark Chevrolet on the very day that I was informed of this extensive damage. Where do I go from here?? I've let Landmark know exactly where I'm going with this & it will not be pleasant for them. I will also continue to update this issue here & on other sites as a warning to people of what they can expect from this dealership. . . read more
