If you post hours you should stick with them. She refused it and left the jacket to be picked up when Frank would be in. I went back to get it and asked for Frank who said the price is $25. He denied ever telling me a price and tried to give me a BS story about the complexity of the job. I asked him to show me the difficulty and he was unable. During the discussion the owner came out of her office and insisted no one had given me a price. She was not present when I bought the coat in. But she did a good job of letting her employee know he hadn't given me a price. No explanation about the price change from $30 to $25. I will never use them again and I caution customers to get the price of alteration in writing when you leave something with them. Pick up price obviously varies with the cashier's daily guidance.
