They said it would be ready this Thursday 3 days away. I thought that would be great. I arrived Friday, 4 days from the drop off. A day after they said it would be available. When I arrived it took them a while to find my suit, at which point one woman said, oh it has a big stain (it didn't) and she was just about to clean it. Seeing the disappointment on my face she said, you really should give us more time, drop your clothes off before you need them. Unfortunately, my experience today (7/12/26) changed my opinion. I typically start my wash, set a timer, and wait in my car until the cycle is finished. When I returned, I found a significant amount of water covering the floor in the aisle where my washer was located. There were several other customers in the area, and it didn't appear that anyone had reported the issue. I informed the staff member on duty, Rosa, simply to make her aware of the situation. Instead of acknowledging the concern, I was immediately met with an unprofessional response: "You wait until the water is all over the floor to tell me." I calmly explained that I had just returned from my car, had only then noticed the water, and wanted to let her know. I also mentioned that other customers had seen it but apparently hadn't reported it. Rather than handling the situation professionally, Rosa continued to speak to me with an unpleasant attitude and gave me orders while addressing the issue. I chose not to engage and simply finished my laundry. By the time my dryer cycle was complete, she had already left, so I wasn't able to discuss the interaction further. It's disappointing because I've genuinely enjoyed coming here and have never had an issue before. The facility itself has always been one of the cleanest laundromats in the area, which is why this experience was so surprising. While I appreciate the quality of the facility, the way I was treated by a staff member has unfortunately changed my opinion, and I don't plan on returning.

First and foremost the place was spotless. I probably would have left immediately if it wasn't. Attendant was friendly and helpful. The place was busy(good sign) and looked like they do a lot of commercial laundry(another good sign). There was a big variety of machines but I went straight for the giant washers in the back. They looked like they belonged in a factory. All my laundry fit in and washed it all in one shot, perfect. I also liked that I didn't have to buy a card or token like I use to years ago to start the machines(prob have $100 worth of old cards in my drawer). Overall a great experience and would recommend, even though I hopefully won't have to be back soon, basements much easier! Oh, and they had free coffee too!
