The family had to ask all the questions, i.e., microphone, lectern, music. Losing a loved one is already so emotionally draining and not knowing what to do added so much stress to the whole family. I don't know if there is such a thing but is there a checklist or questionnaire they could have provided to help the family make decisions on things they didn't know they needed or may have wanted.
