However, I cannot be more grateful for the help and compassion that I received from Jack in dealing with the death of my husband. From an efficiency point of view everything was done quickly and accurately. But, more important to me was the responsiveness to my questions and the care he took to be sure I understood all my options. It's never easy to be the one tasked with the final arrangements for anyone, much less your best friend of over 30 years. Unfortunately, I found myself in that position. I knew what his wishes were, but how to go about it was the question. I have to say that Jack made it easy, despite my ineptitude with the computer.
