    Dropped tahoe off for ac issue I had before.Told Delano what to look for…read more Ever heard anything for 4 hours. Called to find out what was going on.Gal said technician was doing something and would get back in a few. Got a voice mail saying they were putting coolant t in to find leak. Left for the day.Good thing I did wait..checked status on their app.."working on it" Have another tahoe with exact same issue and supposed to drop off next day..I will not come back to this dealership for sevice.. On a separate note,I did an online build for a 2026 tahoe..Se t to 4 dealers to price.Boyd was one..never got back as I requested to..Bought at Sir Walter Raleigh in Raleigh..Great price too.. I am going to order a second tahoe this summer and will go back to Sir Walter Raleigh rather than buy in my own back yard..

Every single associate, from the technicians, to the service center personnel, to the sales people, spoke and said "hello" to all of us in the service center lounge that day. A couple that came in to have their vehicle serviced was amazed at how quickly they got them in and out! Aaron Lang, my Senior Service Advisor, was a rock star! he couldn't have been more helpful and deserves 10 stars for his customer service. My company will be in the market for a couple of vehicles soon so, I think that I will make a road trip to Emporia, VA again just to patronize these folks!

Only problem was that dealer was 4 hours away. Called and spoke to Nathan at around 4:00pm. That's when the over the top exceptional customer service experience began. We had recently thought we found a vehicle only to arrive at dealer and find the car was sold. Expressed our concern that this might happen again. Nathan explained the VA Select Policy of not "holding" a car if someone came into lot and wanted to purchase. What he did do, was commit to letting us know upon closing that evening (via text), that the car was in fact still available and we could commit to driving there in the morning. But that wasn't good enough for Nathan. He also went the extra mile and took a picture of a scratch he noticed on the vehicle and sent us pictures. Said he would ask the body shop to buff it out first thing in the morning. We texted Nathan when we departed our house at 6:30am (they don't open until 9) and he was then able to remove it from the lot so no one could purchase since we were now enroute. Upon arriving to the location after 4-hour drive, the first thing we say at the entrance was a shiny, newly detailed Dodge Charger. My son was very excited and Nathan proceeded to give us a 30-minute certificate to do a test drive. This completely suprised us, as our experience had been drive around the block with saleperson hovering in back seat. Son was convinced it was the car after driving it for 5 minutes. Upon our return, Nathan offered us beverages and escorted us to his desk for the daunting "sign and make it yours experience". Not once did we feel pressure. No haggling was required (we knew this before we came), and Nathan patiently answered each and every question. Once the paperwork was complete and ready for us to go to the financing department, we all went outside and talked about the car some more. Nathan shared several personal stories with our family and we were happy that we had him as our salesperson. But it didn't stop there. Once Finanace was ready for us, Nathan took it upon himself to take the vehicle to the the nearby service station and top of the gas tank. Outstanding. The financing process was quick and painless as we had pre-approval for the loan. Robert Seeney (F & I Manager) took over from there and made sure all the paperwork was in order since we were from out of state. He was extremely professional and had the personality of someone who took the customer service experience seriously. Bottom line is that our experience with Virginia Select Auto was exceptionally pleasant and we would hope that everyone would get the opportunity to work with Nathan if in the market to purchase a car. Their no-pressure process is something we will never forget. Thank you VA Select Auto!

He was by far one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Daniel was also very honest and a just good human being all the way around. He never once pressured me to purchase my truck and never tried to feed me things he thought I wanted to hear. He won my business just by being honest and again not trying to sell me my vehicle. I took the vehicle for a test drive and basically knew it was exactly what I needed, the price was right and I was able to get them a check the same day. I was encouraged to take it to my mechanic if I wanted to and if something came up to give them a phone call. They offered me a 30 day warranty and again I was encouraged to call them with any issues. After driving the truck a bit I started to notice a mechanical problem, however these things can be expected when you purchase a used car. Car Corral also knows things happen and this is why they offer a warranty on all their vehicles. A company that purposely is selling bad vehicles would not offer a warranty of any kind, it just would not make business sense. I reached out to Daniel who told me to bring the vehicle back so they could help me out. I brought the vehicle back and to my surprise was given a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being looked at. You can't even get a loaner vehicle at franchised dealerships these days, so this was an awesome benefit. I drove their loaner vehicle for a few days before receiving a phone call telling me to come pick up my truck. I arrived to pick up my truck and they said they were unable to locate the problem. However they didn't just say sorry about your luck they told me to take it to one of my mechanics and see if they could find anything. I took the truck to a different mechanic and they were able to locate my concern. I sent over the work order to Car Corral and they assisted me by helping me pay the bill. There was very little push back on this and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service and integrity of this dealership is second to no one. They may not be a franchised dealership but they are not a "buy here pay here" either. These guys will take care of you even after you hand them their money. Thank you!
