When we were looking for a local cinema to see Ne Zha 2 for the second time, this time with English dubbing, we were happy to find Landmark at the Glen! It replaced Arclight which was in a decline. The cinema had been renovated 2 years ago. It was a Thursday afternoon, and the cinema was pretty quiet. There were big kiosks for ticket purchases, and the process was quick and easy. We got a small bag (which was not too small) for $10 plus tax, a little pricy for popcorn, but it was good. The popcorn guy was friendly, and he also doubled as the guy to collect our ticket stubs, and informed us which cinema room to go to. We were there for the preview of the movie, and we got the entire cinema #5 to the 3 of us! While the lobby and hallways of the cinema was nice and cool, this room was a little too warm. We totally understood that they would not cool down an entire room when there was no audience inside. I went to talk to the popcorn guy about the air temperature issue, and he promised to have it adjusted. As I went back to the cinema room. We could feel that cool air started to come out, and it was comfortable for the rest of the showing. The chairs were big, clean, and comfortable. Sound and picture were great. The movie itself was enjoyable just like the first time, and the English dubbing was perfect. The entire cinema was very clean. I was especially pleased with their restrooms being spotless clean. There is a bar in the lobby, and across from it was the biggest poster I've ever seen in a cinema lobby, it was a colorful digital poster of Ne Zha 2, very appropriate for such a spectacular movie. When we left the cinema after seeing the movie, there was another guy at the hallway collecting ticket stubs, and there was obviously more audience coming in. We enjoyed this cinema experience very much, and would definitely return to see other movies in the future.

Blue seats that recline with power footrests in the small theater

We've been going here for years and love how peaceful and beautiful it always is. But in the past few years they remodeled and now the seats are better. The two smallest theaters have power reclining chairs with power footrests which are large and comfortable. I also like that we can choose our seats when purchasing the ticket which also helps show us how crowded the show will be. There are comfy chairs and couches in the theater area as well as a full bar in the entrance area with high boys. Although it's not a big theater, there are two bathrooms for women and two for men so there's never a wait and if you need to pee mid movie, there's always a bathroom very close so you don't miss much of the movie. It's also in a great area with free garage parking which can get a bit full late on a Saturday night but always some spots and early in the evening, lots of availability. The Glen is a beautiful area to walk around before or after the show, with many restaurants if you're doing dinner and a movie.

First time in the area and decided to see a movie. Great cinema with comfy seats. We were the only ones in the theatre. I would have given 5 stars but the tickets are expensive for a midday movie...thought we would have gotten matinee prices for a 240pm film. Either way, we enjoyed our experience and would go back!

Me and my wife came here at 245pm on a Saturday afternoon. The prices show $11 and change, but we we're charged$13.50. When we brought this up to the supervisor, she didn't help, she just blew us off. When I told her what is advertised on the screens, she ignored me. Horrible customer service, very disrespectful people. I find it hard to believe businesses would treat their customers like this. This is not a place I would ever want to come back to.

Speakers seem to be broken in theatres. Only plays from left side and volume is super low.

Excellent theater! Clean theaters and washrooms! We enjoy the lounging seats, but know all theaters do not have those seats.

Seats in theatre are great. Front doors and bathrooms are so dirty. Very disappointing for a new theatre.

The AMC Niles is a nice movie theater. There are lots of great movies coming out in 2026 so I look forward to coming here more often.

Initially, we…read moreplanned to purchase tickets online but noticed that no seats had been sold for the showtime we wanted. So, we decided to buy tickets at the theater to save on the convenience fee. This was our first time at AMC Niles 12. We attended the 7:45 PM show on a Tuesday and arrived around 7:25 PM. There was a young couple ahead of us buying tickets at a small counter right inside the entrance. They encountered issues with some kind of refunds and then struggled to pay using their phones, which weren't working. After waiting for 12-15 minutes, the supervisor who came to assist the cashier directed a staff member to sell us tickets at the main ticket counter, which was originally closed and not used that evening. The theater itself was fairly standard, with a large concession area that we didn't use. Our movie was in Auditorium 9, and surprisingly, no one checked our tickets. Once inside, we had the entire auditorium to ourselves--there were only three of us in total at first, and six by the end of the night. The screen was a decent size, and the sound quality was good, providing a comfortable movie-watching experience. However, the seats didn't recline, which didn't bother me much, but I did wish they were cleaner. They could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. Before the movie, I visited the restroom. It appeared clean at first glance, but the individual toilet bowls were not, though I did eventually find one that was acceptable. Overall, I appreciate that this local theater is showing "Ne Zha 2". This is a fantastic animated blockbuster in Mandarin with Chinese and English subtitles. It has already broken numerous records in China and has outgrossed "Inside Out 2" at the worldwide box office. While it is still showing, I recommend watching the first "Ne Zha" on YouTube, and then go see this one on the largest screen you can!

It looks quite modern inside, and has more extras for guests including a bar, games etc. The biggest standout and the reason for that wording s the self serve popcorn. (Like, What??) It was an interesting experience to fill my own bucket but it was cool. The popcorn was nothing super special but it was good quality. The staff are friendly enough and I don't really have much negative to say. However, I will say that the process of getting in and having our tickets checked was a bit hectic as they have you go in the side door and wait in a single queue. We tried a pizza from their menu and it was pretty good. Would recommend. Slightly confusing for new comers but not really much to be concerned about. A nice addition to wheeling area and one I hope sticks around for awhile. [Date of Visit: 2/14/26]

Certainly plenty of parking, this being one of many locations connected to a mall. The place seemed to be mostly clean, and there was nothing that stuck out as rough in that department. The concession people were nice enough , and generally the place seems well run. We ordered the big bite sampler , which came at a decent pace. Everything was fine, with the mozzarella being the highlight. I think I'd prefer fries overs tots, but I digress. The house brand candy was fine as well, not better or worse that leading brands. The place was a fairly on par AMC experience, though it didn't feel as lively as others. Probably won't be a frequent pick for us seeing as their are closer locations to us. But still alright.
