They provide an estimate which matches what their handyman onsite quoted except the guy they sent doesn't have the right material to do it despite me sending pictures of the size screen I need and confirming that I did not need to get the product but they would have it. He also thinks he can install it from the outside and knows nothing about removing the boards to open the ventilation. Despiste the gables being clearly visible from the outside with no boards on them. Communicating back and forth to the office and owner takes an hour of my time. They apologize and say how the guy is new blah blah blah ... after which they decide the best course of action would be to order the product I specified (duh) and send out someone else to look at it and confirm the estimate. A day after the second guy takes a look, I get an estimate that is about 50% more with no explanation why just a text that says we'd like to schedule the same day and the estimate is final. Odd since the materials won't even arrive until next week. The estimate states that the work is on a GARAGE window and attic. The garage was never part of what I requested. These folks have serious communication problems. What a waste of 4 days of my time and breath. Will not use ever again and would not suggest to anyone.
