The owner, Gabriel, was very cordial and the crew were very professional which is extremely hard to find in the Brunswick area. They laid down boards along the grass for the truck tires to protect grass. They had four men working so it only took a couple hours and we had a very tall, large tree. They cleaned up very nicely. The yard looked great! Everything was removed and taken away. I was very, very pleased with this company and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Almighty Tree.

A few hours later I noticed water percolating under a paver. I called Downes and without me begging they sent someone to look and on Sunday a crew showed up and repaired it. In 50 years of dealing with tree contractors they were the nicest and quickest to resolve issues. Do not hesitate to hire them. BTW their prices are lower than other quotes I got.

He did this without my approval and I didn't know until he completed all the work in my yard. For your own protection please take before and after pictures. I have them on my home camera, when I confronted him he said the tree looked stupid. Well. It is my stupid tree and it should look the way I want it. Also I spent a lot of money last year to have all my trees balanced for safety. We had a good initial meeting the head landscaper and we asked for multiple things to be done. The initial price quoted seemed fair and we were anxious to get it done. He seemed to want us to do part of what we were asking through him and not the company he is working for. Once they arrived they fulfilled half of what we asked for and left. We arrived home believing they would be back to finish the work we talked about but it became clear they were under the impression they were complete with the job. We reached out to resolve our issue and were told the head landscaper had completed what we asked for. Eventually the main landscaper contacted us to Try and straighten out any issues we had and said to read to contract, and it's true, much of what we asked for what not delineated in fine print, so we were wrong to go with the verbal agreement. We figured we would just let it go until all the weeds came back in full glory 2 weeks later. There was no fertilization or soil grooming done at all. My wife called to complain today and was told this was something you have to specifically ask for. We are very unsatisfied with this company and how they operate. I'd strongly suggest avoiding them in the future.

We are so grateful for the amazing work Autumn Tree Services performed cutting down the large red…read moremaple tree in our yard. They were able to remove the fence in order for their equipment to come through AND put it back together afterwards. This included digging and pulling a post out of the ground and putting it back in place afterwards. They were very careful with their work and knew just where to cut and segment the tree into portions and lowered each one down to the ground without destroying anything. They were also able to grind the stump and any other exposed roots down into the ground, and were helpful in cleaning up the debris and soil in their work area. They were quick, too, arriving promptly and finishing before end of day. For a job as big as this, we are totally impressed and highly recommend them for your tree services. They were very reasonably priced, too.
