The cost of shipping/taxes really surprised me and after finding a couple of bad reviews about the Seller, I couldn't afford to take the risk of receiving a "bad oven", even if the oven was in perfect working order. The risk was too high. When I let Shawn know that I was unable to ship the oven, he promptly took care of me and refunded the full amount paid for the oven. I found this seller on ebay. username is pizzaovendecks. started off very friendly and helpful to get a sale. sold me a oven that was old and not even reconditioned. oven did not work and shaun landoll (owner) dragged me along so all the paypal buyer and credit card ran out. then i went on BBB landoll enterprises llc and read many similar reviews.
