The entire team at Landon Homes has been incredible from start to finish. There are many people to whom I want to give a shout out. First, Taylor, the community manager at the time that I was looking for my home was one of the best managers I have worked with. I had toured several properties and spoken to many managers, but he was incredibly personable, genuine, and made me feel comfortable. I truly felt he worked on my behalf to make it possible for me to own a home that I am happy to be in. He was attentive, kind, and prompt. He entertained the myriad of questions I had with exemplary grace. If he didn't know something or wasn't sure, he took the time to find the answers and explain it to me. I credit Taylor's representation of Landon Home's culture as a factor in the decision-making process. Homebuying is as emotional a process as it is financial. Thank you Taylor! Rhapsody was immensely helpful and an important point of contact throughout the process of building our home. She was just as patient, courteous, and attentive as Taylor was and I felt that she was always ready to assist us when needed. She kept us up to date weekly with information as needed and was always quick to address anything we had questions about. She always went one step further than required of her and I think that speaks volumes. I also want to shout out Mattison as she was someone who stepped up to help here and there! Our builder was Philip and he was paramount to the process. Philip was knowledgeable, thorough, detail-oriented, straightforward, and practical. All the things that you want in a builder. He expertly guided us through our options and choices, making recommendations and offering helpful advice that helped us fine tune our home to our liking. He triple-checked our personal touches to ensure that things were where we wanted them. He made himself available to us if we had questions and honored the things he said he would. I was pleased by his work and months later, still enthralled with our new home. Finally, after we closed on the home, there was a smooth transition to the warranty team. Never have I worked with such a dedicated warranty team! For the few things that have come up, Vicki, Jackie, Alison, and Henry have been incredible. Henry and the team work almost ridiculously fast to solve issues. They have never shied away from any issue, and I feel they welcome the opportunity to serve and improve things. The team is proactive and repeatedly check back in to ensure that the overall process is going well and timely. They are so prompt and execution by the vendors is always top notch. Fixes aim for long-term success and quality of the work is excellent. This team has redefined what a warranty experience should be, and I am thankful for it. All of these people who represent Landon Homes have been a pleasure to work with. From the initial tour to months after closing, the level of care and professionalism has remained high. I am a current resident at Magnolia Landing, a Landon Homes-built neighborhood in Rowlett. Myself and every neighbor I've interacted with has had a very poor experience working with Landon Homes. It is very obvious that they care more about the bottom line, even when it comes at the expense of the people whose homes they're building. The most recent example of this pattern of behavior is their decision to suddenly introduce a totally new style of home that will ruin the value of the homes in the neighborhood in the long term. Our neighborhood is currently all cement siding homes; they have built a new home that is half brick and half siding. This is a model home they intend on using for sales in another neighborhood nearby. When one of our neighbors pointed out that our HOA agreement doesn't allow for this divergence (after the model was built), Landon's response is to change the HOA agreement so they can continue. If you're considering a Landon home, I urge you to look elsewhere. Between the flat out lies they told us several of neighbors (such as there would be a playground or park), their selection of vendors to maintain the neighborhood (our HOA service is higher than most around with no pool/clubhouse and most of our areas that are to be maintained are filled with dead grass and trees despite numerous requests to have it fixed), and their general disregard for issues and concerns brought up by their customers, you're in for a nightmarish experience. While building a home is stressful, Landon makes it even worse. I'd recommend checking out literally any other builder. read more

There's no such thing as quality when it comes to this builder, it such a shame to all of the communities they're in. The front of our house fell down (pics included) luckily no one was standing there when it happened, if so they would have been dead. David Rich runs all of Landon. He is very unprofessional. I just came from a community meeting where he was literally screaming at everyone while trying to defend his subpar product. We lost $100k getting rid of this very expensive, 5000sq ft home in Frisco. It's amazing how this company continues to sell and I feel like it's bc the word is not getting out. I am writing this email to explain my wife and mine's total displeasure and unhappiness with our home purchase and the team with Landon Homes. Ever since our first orientation back on 6/20/22 to the final walk through on 6/24/22 to the home signing process we have been constantly let down. For a Company like Landon Homes that has NUMEROUS awards and "Prestigious" as Landon Homes this has all but been a total disasterous and outright insulting of our goodwill as first time buyers. First, When my Wife, along with our parents and I attended the first walkthrough orientation led by Mark/Caleb we had blue taped "marked" numerous issues that we were assured would be taken care of before our final walkthrough. When we did our final walkthrough with Mark and Caleb, we still marked numerous items and complained about the cleanliness of the home. We were told these would be taken care of and our home would be cleaned before we got our keys later that day. This made us feel they would take care of any issues we had brought up or had brought up in our first walkthrough orientation. We left and went and signed for what we thought was a dream of a first home. Since then, it has been nothing but disappointments and outright LIES, workarounds and just sheer lack of any accountability for fixing any and all issues we have had. Mark never gives updates or ETA's when workers would come by to "fix" any issues we had ALREADY complained about and made known. Any issues we showed him he would simply say "yeah yeah we will look at that" I am now convinced he never even walked inside our home during the building process, only for our walkthroughs had he actually even seen our home. I find it hard to believe that someone that has been a builder as long as he's been would not notice or call out the problems I have documented over this email chain. Our guest upstairs back bedroom window is not even framed like the other windows around our home. We had to reach out and show in our documentation that our lightswitches were to be Shaker style even though we had already paid for them. If we had not said anything he would never have mentioned this to us or even known. When we tried to reach out to the Corporate office and speak to his boss, we were transferred to a man that would not even admit he worked for landon homes. I called numerous times and advised that I would like to speak to the boss of Mark Leath and every time I was transferred to the same man with the same results. I tried to call and get through to anyone that would listen and take our complaints seriously and every time left leaving a voicemail with no one ever returning our calls. Needless to say this left us feeling left ignored and hopeless. I do not wish to write this email to everyone on this chain and call anyone out specifically, but I also feel our problems and concerns are not being taken seriously. So we feel we have no other choice but to email any Landon Home email address that we could find. We will be writing a detailed review on every website/social media possible to share images and testimony of what our experience has been like with Landon Home, and advise anyone interested in them to look elsewhere for a more quality building company that has respect for your own time and money. We are not the only ones in this neighborhood that feels this way. Many if not the majority of our neighbors feel the exact same way about their homes and their dealings with Mark and the corporate staff. Whoever the painters are that Landon Homes is subcontracting all need to be fired. They do an absolutely terrible job. They have been back out to our home 3 times and they still cannot get it right. The sales person was so "friendly" before we signed the contract, but they changed to another face when we had problems and questions during building. The construction team is sucks. Nobody care about the house quality in this team. They did everything fast but roughly. Windowsills are not levered, dirts on the wall, broken doors... We closed on our home on September 9, 2019. On our final walk we spoke to the construction manager, Paul Flex and pointed out certain issues that needed to be corrected before we were comfortable closing on the house. One major issue was that all bathroom countertops were scratched/damaged, Paul ask is to please close on the home and that they would fix them or replace them. During the last 9 months, they have send several workers to try and fix them, but they have made it worse. The warranty manager was present on the final closing walk so he was fully aware of what Landon Homes promised us in order to close on the house. It has been 9 months and we are still waiting. I want my countertops replaced as promised. When this issue has been rectified I will remove this post. read more

Our house is still under construction. we thought we would wait until the house is complete. but I guess it's best to put the reviews now so that buyers know everything before they make a decision. we still have 2 months left on the house till complete. I am sure more things will popup. but wanted to share our experience rather sooner than later. Landon sales team is the most disorganized, has zero communication skill and untruthful we've experienced so far. Here's why- We were presented incorrect lot size, despite of asking the sales person to confirm the measurement on the phone/in email /in person 5-6 times, she kept sending us incorrect size for the lot. She showed us wrong drawings and size of the back yard, ultimately getting 25 feet vs 35 feet which they promised initially. Their marketing statements are mostly incorrect about upgrades. Very misleading statements ..."what you see in the model home is what you get". They tricked us by promising platinum package, charged us $15K EXTRA on contract if we signed up with their preferred lender. Whereas there's no difference between their standard and platinum package. When we asked for clarification, the sales person could not give us a satisfactory answer. They charged us arms and legs for the smallest upgrades. I.E- for black window frame vs white $2K extra (just for the front of the house). Outrageous amount of money for cheaply made black frames. Construction phase/process is a nightmare. They ordered wrong window frame. We had to call the manager several times and stay on top of it to get it corrected. When we looked at the frames, we saw that the paint was already chipping. cheap and poor quality frames with black finishing. The Media room setup was a joke. They mounted the rear speakers on the ceiling instead of the back wall. we had to stay on top of it and notify the constitution manager to get them corrected. They put the Wrong shingles. We had to constantly monitor the builders and progress of construction.... They gave us wrong roof, they said the change order was not processed by the back office. they still haven''t fixed it yet. Once the contract was signed even for the simplest question related to upgrades we had to wait 3 weeks, sales person kept giving us lame excuses..." I haven't heard back from corporate" etc. BE AWARE for the marketing HOAX, they will show you list of upgrades, which indeed are just standard features. There's no such thing as platinum package. Do your research before your trust what they tell you about their lender and interest rate. BRING your own MEASUREMENT tape, measure every inch of your lot and house. DO NOT TRUST their advertising/pamphlets. ASK for ITEMIZED pricing for every single feature. read more

Only if google let me put a negative star.... Overall extremely poor experience. All they way from start till the end. The entire purchase experience was horrible all they way till we got our keys. After that, warranty issues. Still have issues open since we closed on the house one yr ago. Last night, a major safety issue came up. One of the banisters upstairs came out when my 1 yr old tried to grab it. Luckily I was standing next to him to catch him from falling. Come to find out the poor quality of wood they use in the luxury house is cheaper than low end houses. Very much disappointed with this builder. We have a beautiful landon home in Richwoods. The home is what I expected. What I never could expect is the blatant disregard of people that the construction managers who conduct each homes process. Today I nicely told the manager. One of your construction trucks ran over my childrens basketball pole, cracking the base, and when I tried to talk to the individual. He drove away. The response of the manager, " Nothing I can do about it, we subcontract" Not a, I am sorry, try contacting this person. After explaing more to him, how my kids are heart broken, and he must have some feelings. He said call the police. What type of company, who benefits from selling expensive homes, acts with so little decency to the people who line their pockets with money. Does Landon not respect us as humans? read more

Anyone looking at Landon I would highly suggest choosing a different builder. Since we have been in our home we have had issue after issue due to poor workmanship. The latest is certainly the worst. After noticing a wet spot on the wall by our shower and opening the drywall we discovered a soaked inside of the wall and mold everywhere. The issue: Landon used sand grout in the shower tiling which we now know should never be used in showers. For years the water has been soaking through into the wall and flooding over the shower pan soaking the interior of the wall, framing and insulation. We are now in the middle of having all our showers redone because of this that is 10's of thousands of dollars. A cost we have to eat because homeowners insurance does not cover BUILDER DEFECTS which they determined this to be. Choose a different builder that has better quality workmanship or be ready to pay a lot for repairs to your new home. read more

This was my second new home purchase in the DFW area, needless to say, preparation and attention to detail in the planning and execution process made a huge difference. I found both the sales and the execution team to be thorough and detailed. Christina and Elmer were extremely helpful during the selection and buying process and getting all the changes in so perfectly. I really appreciated their focus on the detail, practical recommendations, and pointing us to things we had overlooked during the process. Also thanks for assigning us the best Project/ Construction Manager ever!!! Greg Fischer is an awesome individual and professional; he has been outstanding in every area; he has been meticulous, proactive, and provided a level of customer service beyond anything we could have expected. We have truly become his fans in the process of him building our home. Needless to say that our experience has been extremely positive and our house came out with exactly what we wanted and much much more! I would definitely highly rate and recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful home in the DFW area. I CHALLENGE LANDON TO PROVE ME WRONG!! Few months back, We signed a purchase agreement with Landon homes in North Texas and construction supposed to start soon. At the time of purchasing the home, the home price is ~$20K more than what is quoted 2 weeks before. When inquired, Landon homes sales rep mentioned that Landon Team reviews various parameters like increasing lumber cost, labor cost etc., and revises home prices weekly. If we dont sign the purchase agreement on that day, sale price is not guaranteed anymore. Accordingly we went ahead, made down payment and completed purchase agreement. Our home construction supposed to start soon. Now lot of folks, including myself got a letter from Landon saying home sale price increased by $30K-$80K (for a home whose sale agreement is already signed) and if we dont agree, they will cancel the contract. The price I paid is too high (50% more than 2020 price). That's already priced in average home price appreciation for next 5-7 Years. Even then we agreed to it at the time of purchase agreement knowing difficulties arising out of Covid. Considering Lot of people like me, buying these new homes either moved from other states during Covid or buying now as prices growing crazy high and sales rep told there are 20 other people ready buy, Every one bought due to Fear of missing out, while counting on low interest rates. But Interest rates wont get finalized until closing and they continue to climb. Now I am at a point, I cant go back and buy some other property and restart the whole process or move forward without paying more money. It is nothing but legal extortion. In conversation with sales rep, they mentioned, the increase in sale price is due to increase in lumber and labor shortage. I dont understand why they didnt placed raw material orders or subcontracting arrangements for my home after finalizing sales agreement. Especially considering increasing lumber prices, they sit on their hands, just staring at material cost increase. This is a very poor execution from Landon. I even paid 50% of my design gallery upgrades. Nothing guaranteed now. They are saying some of the upgrades no longer available. This is nothing but incompetence on Landon as a builder and penalizing buyers for it. As restrictions getting eased out, Supply chain issues should get resolved shortly. So I requested to postpone construction of my home by another 6 months. They dont need to buy raw material at extra ordinary prices and I dont need pay extra on top of already crazy home price. They arent agreeing to it either. They are saying pay extra money or we will cancel contract and sell it to others.It only means they are trying to profit from the situation either by extorting more money from us or cancel the sale agreement and sell it to someone else for higher price. This is shitty business practice. I am OUT, its enough for me. I no longer want to deal with this builder any more. On one hand, they are telling existing customer they can't build homes any more without price increase and on other hand, they continue to open new phases and selling more homes . They may be re-selling homes whose sales agreements are cancelled under the disguise of "buyer didn't qualify for loan". No wonder they are trying to resell my own home to me at higher price. Overall NEW BUYERS , beware with this builder. They dont honor their own purchase agreement. If in doubt, read their purchase agreement termination clause. It clearly says "Seller can terminate it for any reason before closure and all arbitration is through mediation only. If you engage an attorney, you have to pay Seller's attorney fee too". This is the exact clause invoked against us and using for extorting money. Good luck!! You've been warned. read more

Very professional, courteous, great at follow ups, pleasant, easy to work with, hardworking and will always go for the extra mile when asked. We started our process of buying the home in August 2019. We were told the house would start in October. The design center could not see us for a month or so and that pushed us back to November. A month or so later the slab still was not poured. We had several failed inspections. The builder stated that was normal.....however, our number of failures was higher than the neighborhood average. I found about a dozen issues with cracked supporting 2x4s in the attic space that took weeks for them to replace.....I sent photos and pointed them out several times....they cut ceiling joist the wrong length so they had to add pieces of wood to get them secured. They put in a warped 2x6 in the ridge line of the roof/ceiling too...I pointed this out right afterwards and they did not replace it....I sent the VP an email and called him one time because I was not getting any answers.....I spent hours putting together a list of issues that needed addressed and when he called me back a few days later he was super sarcastic and made a ton of excuses for sloppy work..mainly I had unreasonable expectations. He was actually giving me (the customer) attitude and I could hear someone in the office with him that was laughing when he was being a jerk..... I found dozens and dozens of beer bottles in and around the house during the building process....When I pointed this out, I was told that's just how it is....they are contractors....I took photos for future reference... The guys that bricked the house put a large number of chipped bricks on the house. I was told they would fix them if I marked them....I spent 2 - 3 hours marking substandard bricks (based on the brick makers specs) after work one day and then I was told they weren't fixing them. They used mortar to cover chips that were anywhere from the size of a quarter to 1/2 dollar. BTW, I did call the manufacturer in Oklahoma who stated those bricks should not have been used. Now, I have a 1.5 foot long vertical crack on the front of my house above the garage along with mortar separating from the metal support....I reported this to the warranty team 3 months ago and it's still not fixed. I also have bricks and mortar cracked on windowsills. They did a short cut job on the back porch by not spacing/cutting the bricks correctly....they filled gaps with mortar instead of using bricks....I was told several times it would be fixed during the building process and it never was.... They installed the wood floors without doing climate control (it was rainy and humid at the time) and now the flooring is separating in some areas. There were several cracks in the sheet rock throughout the house....they came out and fixed some of the issues but not all. I had several issues with caulking peeling up and separating from the flooring... Should be said that they came out to work on the caulk issues but they only worked partial days...so it took several visits...and it was inconvenient, but you can't do anything about it...having to keep the dog and kids quarantined to avoid issues... Almost every door casing had cracks....unbelievable...they came and caulked and painted those when they worked on other caulk issues....I was told by the repair contractor that every house he goes to in the neighborhood has these same issues.....he said he didn't know if it was sloppy craftsmanship or poor quality materials..... They spilled paint on the wood floors in the kitchen....they did not clean it up correctly and now I have specs of paint on the flooring and they damaged some of the flooring by scrubbing on it....I still can't get someone out here to fix the flooring... They did such a bad job on the concrete work on the front and back porch that I had to pay someone to stain them to cover the mistakes... They originally poured the driveway in the rain and had to redo it....now I have a hole in the concrete (about 2-3" in diameter) and a 2 foot crack in the driveway.....I took a piece of wire to see if I could find concrete under the hole and there was none....my neighbor literally has a piece of 2x4 showing in their driveway that was concreted in.... I have several open work orders and can't get work done....I send emails and make calls to try and get something done with no success...my neighbors have the same issues....the warranty guy has been nice, but he is overrun with issues in the community because of previous employees (builders and/or warranty reps) is what I am told from other homeowners... I could only imagine if I waited until month 11 to submit the warranty requests.... When we bought our home, we were told it would be nicer than the model home....when we got close to closing we were told we couldn't or shouldn't expect perfection..... I could go on forever...seriously. read more

We purchased our Landon Home two years ago and are very happy with it. The sales manager was very receptive to any request and would get us attention to any issues usually that same day. I'm not sure what some of the 1 star reviewers expected. We spent many hours at the design center, but that is part of buying a home that is not a cookie-cutter home. They worked with us and our decorator to select just the right finishes for us. During the construction there were occasional hiccups, but we have built homes before and expected this. The difference was that when issues were raised, they were resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Landon Homes as a builder and actually have done so. read more

I had never bought a "new" home before, so it was a learning experience for me from picking out the finishes and keeping up with the construction along the way, but the Landon Design Center staff, Patrice (my salesperson) and Brian (my project manager) held my hand and now two years later I am very happy here. What an amazing team you have at Landon Homes Richwoods Province! We moved from California and fell in love with the 745 model as soon as we saw it. 745 had everything we would have wanted in our dream home. But besides that, what made it even better was Elmer's willingness to make a few changes to the plan to fit our specific needs. This has made us love this home even better. Elmer's knowledge and detail to precision and guidance pointing out what might work and what might not is amazing. Infact we are amazed of the architectural knowledge and detail each sales team member has. Elmer has always been very caring to our kids as well. Treating them as adults and patiently answering even their doubts made them feel part of the whole process!!! Thank you so much Christina, your patience while working with us is amazing. Each input you gave has been very valuable and when we are staying in the house we are loving each specific choice. Thanks for working each detail very carefully with us! Everyone loves our kitchen and most of the credit goes to you! The details of the cabinets, helping us with the backsplash, the microwave position etc... We loved working with you. Ana, we started working more with you more towards the end. But you have always had a smile and you are on finger tips of each process we are going through. After some arm twisting and persuading I have to say Landon eventually came out to look at my roof issue. After looking at it they even admitted it was their issue and didn't try to hide or lie about it. They agreed to fix the problem and inspect the rest of the house for similar problems. The first year in our Landon Home was filled with repair after repair after repair. Their homes are poorly constructed and overpriced. I do NOT recommend this builder. Once your first year is up they totally write you off and won't fix anymore of their mistakes. read more

We had a great experience start to finish. When things didn't go perfectly (which is bound to happen with a build) they were always taken care of. 5 years later, we are still thrilled with our home. The energy efficiency that they build in and include in their price have been incredible and we nearly doubled the size from our previous house and saw utility bills drop! My initial attitude was that building a home was going to be miserable. Now, I can't imagine buying a house any other way. Landon has been fair with any issues that arose after closing on our house and neighborhood as well. They stepped up to fix a problem that probably wasn't even their fault instead of making it a bigger issue. They continue to support and be involved in our neighborhood even though they are done selling homes here. I think that it also says a lot that many of their employees have chosen to live in their neighborhoods and homes! Not sure what the other reviewers here are referencing or what kind of expectations they came in with? With realistic expectations -- our experience really was a great one read more

The experience of buying a house with Landon Homes at Lexington country was a horrible experience. The quality is bad and Sales & Construction team don't have empathy for customers. Lot of unfinished items at the time of closing . The sales team (James & Ashley) were nice till contract is signed and were rude when mistakes were shown and they threatened to revoke the contract when mistakes were shown. Construction team (Miguel) is so bad project manager Scott talks nicely when we meet an does NOTHING to rectify. They promised to fix most of items after closing and even after 4.5 months still more than 25 items are pending. When they miss something per Design Spec, they say it can't be done that way and when we point there was a mistake in Design Spec by Design Center or IES, they say it is as per Design. they use double tongue for their advantage. Escalated 5 major issues to John Svajda, VP and expected him to get them resolved and it is also of no use. He wasted my time to dig of all old communications to send supporting documents and no response from him once we sent them. I waited patiently for 4 months expecting John will get them fixed and no use. As a customer, I feel I am being HARRSSED for their mistakes and not fixing anything. Due to their poor grading of slope, there is lot of water logging in backyard and between me & my neighbor house. We both were having hard time with issues for water logging between and Landon Homes washes off their hand saying it is not Warranty item even though it is construction mistake. Wish i can give ZERO rating but that option is not available here. Think 100 times before signing with LANDON HOMES as it is waste of your Hard Earned money and time. They take your hard earned money and give poor quality product and they will threaten you to revoke the contract when you raise issues. it is clear exploitation of customer. read more

I am nearing completion on my second Landon Home. I went with them again because they were willing to waive the lot premium on a very nice lot and I liked the floor plan of the home. Both were okay, but one can tell they are struggling to keep up with, and capitalize on, high demand. I liked the construction manager, John A., very much and he advocated for us, but he had 10 other homes he was managing at any given time. This would be a difficult task for anyone. I can say the veneer (curb appeal) of the home is very nice, but when you look closely you see a lot of shoddy work/craftsmanship. I'm sure all the builders in the area use the same or similar crews, but its still disappointing after spending so much money. One of the problems with Landon (and Frisco) is they try to place as many homes as they can on small plots of land--making for very tiny lots. I've had a lot of drainage and grading issues on both my homes. Landon very much focuses on "drive by" appeal and on the home itself and the yard is a bit of an afterthought. I've found that in the first year Landon will fix things, but are very spotty after that and will refuse outright if its an expensive repair. There were a lot of issues with water getting into homes last winter when freezing water clogged gutters and Landon left people at the mercy of their Homeowners insurance. I can't say for certain whether that was a design flaw or not, but the complaint was the gutters were not sloped correctly. In the end, Landon is a large scale, for profit builder who builds homes on a mass scale. Their niche is that you can customize the house out the wazoo, which makes the home your own but also pads their bottom line. They are a mid-range "move up" builder, meaning its somewhere between a tract home and a fully customized house with a dedicated onsite construction manager. Their sweet spot in Frisco is the very high 300's to a little over $1 million. You get what you pay for and can do well with Landon, one just has to stay on top of the build throughout the process and invest in a good home inspector to catch little details that would otherwise cost you down the road. read more

My house was built in year 2015 by landon homes. Construction manager, Greg Fischer, had done excellent job during construction. I am extremely pleased with his dedication towards work and responsibility. I approched him and landon several times to get the issues resolved without any hassles. Greg is very experienced and takes good care of customer. I recommend Greg Fischer as a construction manager if you have decided to go with Landon Homes. read more

We built our new home with Landon couple of years back and were disappointed by poor quality of work and materials they use. Time after time we had to call them back to correct multiple issues and on some of those they just refused to fix. Some of the examples, cracks all over the house, sprinklers not working (this took them probably ten attempts to fix it), attic latter is not fitted properly so it doesn't open/close, light fixture falling from the ceiling, wrong outdoor faucet without freeze preventer, squeaky floors and many more. They refuse to fix any major issues and only were willing to correct simple ones, like spot paint and cracks, but even those took them several attempts as they couldn't get it right the first time. I wouldn't recommend Landon home to anyone based on my experience and opinions of some of my neighbors many of which had similar issues. read more

I spoke with Tanya and others during the selling process and nothing was done to solve any of my problems. The service department is the only saving grace for this company. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would not choose Landon Homes to build me another home or even purchase an existing home by Landon. We have made the best of our situation for my family but it still bothers me about the treatment received from the sales team. I just no one else has a similar experience. read more
