This is an area we are unfamiliar with and let alone we ended up pulling into this sketchy area as it was the closest off the freeway. It was so scary and we had to abandon our vehicle due to not being able to get roadside service right away. My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. They kept me updated through text messages during the short time in between while the tow truck was arriving. They provided all the answers to the questions I had and help ensure I had a receipt to get reimbursed by my insurance company. Their service was above and beyond. She…read morehung up in my face twice and I couldn't finish what I was saying because Navarro Towing refuses to take ownership for having tow drivers that can't decipher how to/when a car is AWD that it needs to be on a flat bed and not dragged off the highway. Due to it being dragged, it caused sever damage to my vehicle. The car dealership told me and had a very detailed video of the damage and I even got a second opinion and both stated it was because of my car being towed incorrectly and not towed on a flatbed. Once again, Norma refuses to believe this information even after police officers/High patrol officers investigated and sent them the information. She continued to be facetious with me by stating that "they are not a a mechanic, are you adjuster?? etc" conveying to me that I don't have proof. Are your tow drivers licensed? Do they competent to know how to tow cars properly?? Norma also refused to give me their insurance. Norma is the manager/wife and Eddie is the owner. I most likely have to get this resolved in civil court.
