A friend told me about Nault's Powersports since I was was in need to a lawnmower. A check of the…read morewebsite showed several Honda lawnmowers available and even on sale!! Made one call to the shop and spoke with Zach, this kid was fantastic. We set up a time to come and see and pick up the mower, Zach then followed up with a text message to have the warranty and all paperwork done prior to my arrival. I came in the following day and the mower was next to his desk ready to go. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend Zach and Nault's.

BE WARY of this business‼ I purchased a brand, New CF Moto 675 and paid cash for it. In less…read morethan 2 weeks it stopped running while I was driving and I had to have it towed to my home. I immediately phoned Naults and began working with Matt in the service department and Jeff one of the top managers. Jeff himself told me they would reimburse me for the tow which never happened.... after 37 day they were able to finally pick up bike from my house & determine that it was due to a factory default in which the clutch plates/discs were broken, due to them originally being assembled incorrectly (therefore, they had to replace the clutch). Matt did the replacement under warranty on behalf of CF Moto . they told me I would have to make my way New Hampshire to retrieve my bike, but due to me being persistent on them delivering my bag back to me it finally delivered. Less than 2 weeks later while driving I find my bike stops working again due to the same exact problem. This time it took them longer to come pick my bike up from my house and on top of that they had my bike for over 6 weeks and we're hesitant to do repairs even though I was under warranty from CF Moto-Matt in the service department was communicative when I initiated, but the main manager, Jeff changed his tune and never returned my calls. it was discovered by Matt in the service department that when the clutch was replaced, the first time it was tightened too much which caused. the cable to constantly pull on the clutch release mechanism. (even when the driver's hand is off the lever)-, this prevents the clutch plates from fully pressing together & spin against each other and slip. even though they did take the bike out for the test drive after fixing it-they should've picked up on the fact that it was too tight. once again, hesitant to deliver my bike back I had to finally a week later make my way from Massachusetts up to New Hampshire to retrieve my bike myself. I happen to run into Jeff by walking by and he told me that nothing was ever wrong with the bike. It was just a simple adjustment with. Obviously, he was unaware that Matt the service technician had informed me of much more detail and I have paperwork to show everything. I've stated so far. I asked Matt about the reimbursement on the original toe and he started to stumble with his words and then I just disregarded anything that came out of his mouth after that because obviously. and a con artist. needless to say, I still have my fully paid for bike, which I only purchased.6 months ago and it's been driven under 1000 miles and is not working order. please be aware of this location and especially this manager because I would really be upset to hear anything like this happened to someone else.

I can't say that I've personally purchased a motorcycle from Seacoast, what I do have to offer is a…read morebit of advice. If you are looking for an easy, reputable/respectable transaction, I recommend going elsewhere. Upon entering the showroom and immediately walking up to a 2025 Ducati Panigale v4 by Lamborghini, I was rudely informed that the bike was in fact sold after wanting to purchase the bike outright in cash. Upon inspecting the bike, it had no slip recognizing that the bike had indeed been sold. The sales representatives were downright rude and blatantly unprofessional, during a previous walk-in an employee was openly expressing her political beliefs to me after I jokingly expressed my dislike for the tariffs which caused a change in price for their riding gear. Which made me quite uncomfortable considering the professionalism that goes into maintaining such a well known brand of Italian motorcycles, it was blatantly unprofessional. Not only that, every sales representative was watching me like a hawk from the moment I arrived, to the second I walked out the door. I felt I was being singled out, as if they thought I didn't have the means to purchase such a motorcycle. Even being told at one point that I should look at cheaper brands elsewhere as if I was broke. I've since purchased a Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini and a brand new Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini from Riverside Motorsports in Boston! If you are looking for a reliable dealer, I recommend Riverside Motorsports, the Ducati dealership of Boston!

Why a lifelong Seacoast Sport Cycle customer will no longer purchase anything from you again (and…read morewill actively discourage others from doing business with you as well). I have purchased not 1, but 2 brand new Moto Guzzi motorcycles from SSC over the years, and likely would have continued buying Guzzis from you throughout my life, until my last encounter with your sales rep Jim Smith and the BLATANTLY false advertising practices that he/you are employing now. As of right NOW (see included photo), you are advertising the sale of a 2024 V9 Bobber with "special" pricing of 4995. Great - fair price. EXCEPT that, that is not the price; it is actually 5700.00, but you refuse to disclose that number to the public on your website in an obviousx way. I could, as of RIGHT NOW, purchase that bike from you on your website with a credit card for the exact amount shown - but according to Jim your sales rep, when I went in to claim my purchase, he would then charge me $800.00 more before he would actually give me the bike. When I pointed out that it was deceptive and unfair that people would travel (potentially a fair distance) to your shop and then have this sprung on them, his response was that "people don't mind at all" and "this was just the way things are done now". Well, they weren't done that way when I bought my previous 2 bikes from, and there is absolutely NO GOOD REASON why they should be happening now. Jim (the owner?) seemed very self-satisfied when he denied me that sale. $800.00 huh? I live in Portsmouth, and when I used to ride my Guzzis around, they were unique, and people would ask me about them and where I got them, etc. I can assure you that the loss of revenue from this bad sales practice will amount to FARRR more than $800.00.
